We ordered fuel oil through reinhardt, and the driver knocked on the door and insisted we needed the lines bled because we had been low (not empty) on oil. I let him inside, and he went downstairs to bleed them. He came back up, and asked which switch was the emergency shut off, i showed him. He then proceeded to yell over a radio about how he didn't know what to do ( i could hear him all the way upstairs). He came upstairs and tried telling me there was no power at all to the furnace, and it was like that when he got there. That is not true at all, it was running even when he came to deliver the fuel, which i told him. He was making me uncomfortable, and i was alone with my 2 small children. He kept insisting i needed to let him call a tech in to fix it. We tried calling, and no one was picking up before they were closed. My fiancé finally got through but it was after hours, and explained to them what happened, insisting that the driver messed up our furnace (it was working fine before he went down there) and to come look at it and fix it, no charge. A tech came, showed me switches the driver had flipped that he shouldn't have, some of our breakers were tripped, and a fuse had blown. He went back to their business for the fuse, took over an hour and when he finally got back, said he didn't even need it, that it was a plate in there, and that the entire box wasn't even needed, and by passed it. He said he wasn't sure if the driver was trying to cover his own butt and messed up or not, but he'd fix it. No prices were told to us, my fiancé had told them we wouldn't be paying anything because they had messed it up and we had no heat, and when this tech left he also did not mention charging us. We got an almost $800 bill in the mail, and when we called, the guy was very rude and argued with us, and now they won't answer their phone at all.

I have two 500gal propane tanks total 1000gal propane used for heating, cooking, hot water etc. with gas delivered as needed when call. Last year I called for $1000 worth of propane and they delivered $1700 worth then again March for $600 without a phone call. No contract has ever been signed. As a senior citizen on a fixed income living alone I struggled to pay the additional money and with heap assistance still owe them only $200. Now they are demanding their money and said they are going to remove the gas tanks next week regardless of how much gas is in them leaving me with no heat, hot water etc.
