Delta Sonics shop is the most inefficient place on earth. They have three service bays only have two cars in them and have NOT touched either vehicle in 40 minutes. There are employees walking around and talking but not much work going on. They have one guy working in the shop and two people "working" arguing at the computer. The kid in the shop doesn't look like he has any idea what to do so he's doing nothing. It's absolutely ridiculous - I will never come back to a Delta shop for Anything other than a car wash. My car has been in the lift - not raised, not Looked at or touched for an hour and there's a line of 7 cars behind me. NEVER AGAINReview from Elizabeth B

I live in New York. I went to the Delta sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd, i went in for an oil change today because I noticed my car was telling me it needed it. I thought it was gonna be a bad experience because I don't know anything about cars or anything about it, As it is quite difficult for me to understand. Four men, Zach, Antonio, Brian and Marc We're absolutely amazing and showed me what I needed to replace to make sure my car was good to go. I did have to replace two things to which they helped me understand. They were so kind they were respectful. One of them even helped me pick up the stuff from my Glove compartment, I was so thankful they were able to explain to me everything great detail for me to understand. They were so patient and it meant the world to me. These four men made my day So so much better than it was before. Thank you so much if they do get a chance to see this, I hope they do! I went to the Delta Sonic in Niagara Falls, yesterday to get my car detailed. I could not believe how hot it was inside the waiting area. The new setup is very nice but they have no air conditioning. I don't know how you let your employees work in that heat when there are heat advisories in place. I couldn't even sit in there, how do you expect your employees to work under these conditions? I will not ot back there again in the summer.Review from Vince C

I have been using Delta sonic membership for interior and exterior for more than a year and they have increase my prices multiple times and I cancelled my subscription and when I try to talk to the agent, they blocked me and they do not want to cooperate with me. Even sending emails were blocked. I don’t know what to do with this situation. Please don’t put yourself in this trap.Review from April T

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went through the new car wash on Niagara Falls Blvd, went into the club to dry off my car and noticed many scratches on the hood (all over the hood). I immediately filed the claim, called back a week later, and they told me my claim was denied because the scratches didn’t match because they were inconsistent to the brushes. Are they kidding me, the car wash brushes go every way there’s no specific direction. I notice everything and those scratches were never on my hood and I noticed them immediately. My car sat in my driveway for a week, and I have no trees on my property or next to me, what in the world can make multiple scratches on the hood of my car in all different areas? there was no scratches on the side of my car just the hood of my car. It’s a new 2023 SUV that was scratched due to going through the car wash, $1700 worth in of scratches to be exact and Delta sonic is saying it couldn’t have happened from their car wash! Yes it did! A couple of collision shops that looked at my car said there is no way that those scratches could’ve happened any other way they’re all on the hood and one went all the way up past the windshield. I canceled my monthly membership, I will no longer get gas or even step in their store going forward. I give this business a LOT of money and they are going to call me a liar!Review from Jasmin E

It took me over a Y e a r to get this scam cancelled. Changed my numbers and they STILL charged me. Calling them makes you pull your hair out, no one can help you with anything nor is there anyone actually ever there. Store employees will just look at you confused and send you elsewhere, and good luck getting an email back on cancelling your subscription. Not to mention the Cancellation fourm online doesn't even let you submit it. Absolutely laughable and will not ever be spending my time or money here again. 0 stars if I could honestly. Hi, I’m an Unlimited Member and had an issue for the first time… Last week I went through the wash (typically visit the Orchard Park location), had hand dried, then drove about 1/4 mile down Union road to ******* right after. When I came out of bank, the way I parked had the driver’s side in the sun, easily showed a long scratch down the driver side of truck - imagine my surprise! I’m very confident this was not there prior to the wash so I immediately went back to Delta Sonic to report the issue. A Manager took my statement via filled out form and took photos as well - very professional. He then stated it goes to corporate for a decision and I’d hear back soon. A few days later I received a decline memo via email where it stated, if I didn’t agree or have questions to call for an appointment - which I did. Last Friday Feb.23, 2024, I met with Area Manager Tom who was accompanied by Manager K***. These two individuals seemed genuinely concerned about my pickup truck’s scratch as we reviewed again. Tom stated there are many cameras that record data and it revealed my truck had a scratch for weeks prior to my last wash area entry. Tom also offered to show me the data, but I said not necessary yet I am surprised I wouldn’t notice it because I am an avid caretaker of my vehicles. I also stated I was just hoping Delta Sonic could try buffing it out because they provide that service the scratch didn’t feel deep. He agreed to help me and set up an appointment for the Detail Service in a few days. When the vehicle was complete shortly after, they took me out to show me that the rub / buff was extremely successful and got mostly all of the scratch out. now for the impressive part, they also steam-cleaned my interior as part of the process. Great Job to Delta Sonic, Area Manager Tom, K***, Adam, and all others involved at the Orchard Park location - top notch business showing you care about customers which is VERY important!
