They are looking for the wrong person, and calling the wrong number and harassing me! I have the same first name, but NOT the same last name as the person who they are trying to contact. I told them over and over again, THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER, and they continue to call incessantly. Do they even verify the number they are calling? Do they even care? How do I get these people to stop? I block the number, and they call from another number, then they text, over and over again... I need to file a complaint with the attorney general. Susan K*******, I hope that is how you spell her name, she is the BEST rep in the world! Super empathetic, positive tone, easy going, and really helps and cares! She listened and didn’t rush me. 10/10 customer service. She deserves to be recognized. She should be a supervisor! lol thanks again Susan for everything! This company texted my phone looking for somebody else. I called asking them to not contact my phone again and that they had the wrong number the lady said “ we don’t call wrong numbers” and hung up the phone. Next time they call this phone looking for somebody else I’ll be contacting an attorney.Review from Wendy H
