This company has failed to follow up on issues identified by me as agreed to when we conducted our home inspections. They also flat out refuse to respond to phone calls or emails. For example, our sliding doors are installed backwards according to the tags on the door. I have asked repeatedly for this to be fixed before leaking starts. I have a hole in my siding that fear water is going to come into. We’ve reported electrical problems, cracked granite in our kitchen, I have no sod yet, my garage floor is sloped in the wrong direction and I’m told my deck was not built to code. This company will not respond which only frustrates me more. I will say many of my neighbors have similar issues and Marrano has not addressed any of them. I feel this company is in breach of contract for failing to correct the issues they said would be resolved. In typical fashion, they got their money and left me with unresolved issues. This company made all sort of promises to us and never followed through. During the entire process we were kept in the dark. Our closing date was pushed back from September to December. I want these issues resolved. And, honestly I think this company should receive a very low rating from you for their horrible performance.Business response

I have built a home with MARRANO. To say this whole company is a circus does not even begin to explain the reality. Where to start? First, after moving in, my bathroom needed to be gutted and redone due to tile being laid incorrectly along with ceiling and walls not being level. This was the 3rd time the bathroom was gutted at their attempt to tile. We then found a LIVE wire upon gutting that was left in the wall beneath the tile work. Never received an explanation for that. Windows leaking air, floors already bowing, wet insulation, nothing in the house seems to be level or straight. All of these issues are still outstanding and need resolution. As well as a wall being built out of the laundry room because it was framed wrong and thus causing plumbing to be pulled through the wall in the below photo, I could go on for days and days and list all of the hundreds of issues with the building process. Their leadership team does not care, gross negligence on Marrano’s part every step of the way all they do is lie and make excuses for horrible workmanship. They are absolutely terrible to work with and no one should ever work with them again. After building a very expensive home and getting to experience their lack of professionalism and inadequacy, I would not recommend them to the homeless. They fail to respond to real-life concerning emails, phone calls, and messages from their customers.Business response

Some of the issues were corrections that were completed during the construction process.
There are also repair and replace orders that we have completed after she had moved in.
We disagree that “all issues are still outstanding”

the issues are very much still outstanding they gutted my entire bathroom and there are still many problems that they are refusing to fix please reference photos, shower door couldn't be put on because wall and floor aren't plum. new floor by tub is off about 3/4 of an inch from one side to the other leaving it crooked also it is elevated about an inch from the connecting floor. tiles are all different thicknesses leaving some butting out way more than others.
