            Unfortunately my experience with Edward Bartels and his agency has been less than ideal. Policy was non renewed as a mistake on behalf of his agency and agent refuses to rectify the situation. Ive had to seek legal counsel. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

            ******* review is inaccurate and unfair as I am NOT the agent of record on her policy. For privacy reasons, I cannot go into the details on the problems she has experienced, but it is accurate to say that they were caused by another agency that has been subsequently closed.We have done everything we can to assist this client of Allstate as we are a company representative and there are still actions being done on the client's behalf to try to bring her problem to favorable resolution. But as someone that has stated to me that she is pursuing her insurance license, she should understand the limits of authority an agent or broker might have when they are not the agent of record on a policy.Her situation is not the result of any action (or inaction) taken by me or any member of my agency and it is unfair for her to tag us as being at fault for her problems.
