      On 12/2/22, I ordered the AirEssentials Set/AirEssentials Loung Set. I never received a confirmation email, shipment information or anything. When I tried to call the number listed on my bank account, it went to a quick busy tone. I filed a *** *** complaint. *** *** denied my claim for a refund because the seller provided tracking information but not the company name or anything so that I could verify what they've said. This is a totally dishonest company. Don't fall for their **!

      I ordered compression socks from the company in complaint. They took the payment and have not responded nor sent the product purchased . the person name chris z *** ******** and a ******** page. The company seem s to be frauding it's customers . they have not sent confirmations and don't respond. This maybe connected to other online site. As for the address used. **** ***** ******** ***** **** ****** ******* appears to be an address for snail distribution at **********. I would like to contact the company for refund or they send the product. It's a sham that people have to cheat others to make money I am losing 38.94 in my purchase. It very sad

      On 12/10/2021, I ordered two pairs of gloves online (Order #****). As of the writing of this email, I have yet to receive my products. I have attempted multiple email and telephone contacts with the company, with no response. The phone number provided on their website has never been answered and goes to a voicemail only. The tracking number provided for the items state a shipping label was created on 12/17/2021, but the items were never received by the **** (Tracking #**********************). At this point, I would like to get my money back, and be done with it. I no longer wish to conduct any business with this company. I have also filed a dispute with my bank for the charges as well.

      I ordered the "super deluxe" wings for my daughter's Halloween outfit on 10/18/21. Within minutes after, I realized this company was based out of Hong Kong and emailed them three times to cancel my order because I knew the wings would not arrive on time. They ignored my emails and the wings arrived on 11/3/21. The wings that arrived were 2 ft in length and would fit a young child. My daughter is 13 and tall so I ordered the super deluxe for a reason. I received automatic responses via email, but no instructions on how to do this return and how to get my refund. I spent $49.94 and would like a full refund. And given the poor quality of the child-sized wings, it is not worth the effort to even return the merchandise that I received.

      On August 21, I placed an order on this website for what I thought was a wireless adapter for Android Auto. After waiting the estimated delivery time, I tried to contact the company for an update since I had never received a shipping confirmation. I only received automatic replies to my emails, so I filed a complaint through ******. After filing this complaint, the company finally shipped my order and I did receive it on October 12. However, it turned out to be something different than the website advertises it to be, so 2 weeks ago I emailed the company again to request a return, as this is the process the website says to follow. Now it has been 2 weeks with nothing but the same automatic reply I received previously, and ****** won't let me file another complaint on the same purchase. I have tried to call the company on both phone numbers I could find (one on their website and the other on ******, but there is no answer. I would like to get my money back for the purchase, which was a total of $74.94.

      I ordered reusable ballons from Best Shopping Dealz on line around May 6,2021 and have not received the ballons as of July 30,2021. I paid for the ballons with a credit card and $26.91 was taken for my credit card from best shopping dealz. After I placed the order I received an order number ***** stating my oder was successfully paid for.

Your tracking information will be sent to your email within 2 to 4 weeks upon shipment. This backlog is due to an unusual higher volume of orders being placed.

      If you did receive a shipping confirmation: tracking will show movement within 5 to 10 business days from the date the order is shipped. This delay in postal services is a result of the current COVID-19 situation. The process may take longer due to recent developments in global transportation disruption and slow movement of local shipments. Your order may be further delayed due to limited available international flights and might take up to 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered.
