The owner used sub contractors for the roofing job and tear off, the sub contractor hit the house 60 times with roof shingles including windows, siding, new A/C ,and back patio awning frame.. There was additional damage found on the windows, there is an 6 inch by 6 inch scratch on the front window that Andy the owner told me was taken care of by Miguel his foreman.. Also the owner indicated he had the entire house washed and pressure washed.. This is not the case.. During the initial findings of all the damage, Andy the owner of Expert Contracting told me dont push me around, i do not like to be pushed.. Thats a nice comment after i am looking at significant damage, Andy charged me for the down spouts and told me at the conclusion of the invoice he had included them as part of attempting to resolve the damage value.. Andy originally wrote $2,500.00 restitution and changed it to $1250.00. After review of the invoices and finding more damage we are not happy with the results.... We are asking for $1250.00 and that includes the $650.00 for the down spouts he said where discounted.. I am asking for resolution before small claims court is filed.. ****** * *****, owner at ***** **** **. ******** NY *****

We made an immediate attempt to resolve the situation with the homeowner the on the day of initial complaint of jobsite damage meticulously noted by the homeowner, before the job was even completed. We provided thorough clean up and included additional work free of charge to rectify the situation with the homeowner present for the entire process. He, at that time, approved of all clean up and repairs and said he was very happy with the work and response to his issues. One week later, he called to see if we could take on another project for him, but we were unable to accommodate it due to our busy schedule. The very next day is when he filed this complaint to the BBB citing new damage and a refund for items he did not pay for. We are in the process of a resolution, as we always work to have customer satisfaction. We are working to the best of our ability to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
