Contracted Terrain Landscaping in November 2023 to do private snowplowing for my residence. Received the invoice and paid full amount immediately. The agreement is to do snowplowing service once the snow accumulation is over 3 inches and within 2 hours after this accumulation. We had over 6 feet of snow in West Seneca in January and was never services even after multiple text message requests. I couldn't go to work for two days from Jan 22, 2024. I had to pay another plow for $100 that Monday to dig me out of my driveway. Two days later snowfall continued and still no plow service from Terrain. I needed to go to work that Wednesday Jan 24 and paid another $100 for another plow service and I made it to work that day. I had a snowplowing contract with Terrain Landscaping for Nov 2023- Mar 2024. We received snowfall Jan 13th and it continued for a few days. The plower had never come prior due to very little snow. On Jan 15, 2024 the plower came 10:00 am and swiped once 3/4 of my driveway and left. There was approximately 15’ of snow left in front of my garage approx 3’ high. I could not get access to my garage or cars. I texted as soon as the plower left to advise he needs to return and finish the plowing. He didn’t answer until 4:00 pm that he could not come but will try in morning. I texted him 1/16/24 at 10:15 am that he needed to plow my driveway. No response. I texted again at 12:47 pm and no response. I texted at 3:15 pm that if he didn’t answer by 4:00 pm that I was cancelling my contract and requesting a refund. He texted he will be there shortly. At almost 7pm I texted him that if he’s not coming let me know because I have to find another plower. His response was: Mary I have people not even out yet. I can’t worry about this. I will send you a refund. 2 weeks it should be. On Feb 7th I had not received a check. I texted if I don’t receive the refund by 2/14/24 I will take whatever means needed to get my money. He has not responded.Business response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. On many occasions in contacting the business there was no response. I waited 3 days for the company to contact me since they gave their response and have not heard from them. I am not satisfied with their response. Regards, **** ******
