      I found Kwick Kargo on Shiply. I was a bit nervous as there shipping price was literally HALF what some of the quotes I get were and significantly less than all other quotes. I asked numerous questions through email, one at a time so several emails and well after "business hours" Kwick Kargo replied to each one professionally respectfully and swiftly. It was right before a Major Holiday. I booked the pick up after 8pm that night and they came the next day. When the driver arrived, he knew immediately the way I had the crate packaged it was to tall to fit in the truck. This was an extremely heavy crate (560 lbs) He not only waited while I repacked it, he helped my *********** repackage it. He was kind, patient & helpful. Upon delivery I was notified that my packaged had been delivered and accepted. I appreciate this company and all of the employees that I dealt with. I will forever use Kwick Kargo with peace of mind and customer satisfaction. Thank you Kiwck Karco!! Please thank your driver for me as well!

      2 stars because the shipment actually got there in one piece. Communications is lacking as they never answer their phones nor call back, Shipment was delayed by the final trucking company because they were waiting for KK to forward payment although KK denies this, Started out OK just took a long time...

      Overall the process worked well, however there was a fair bit of confusion as to the pickup and drop off locations since this was a terminal to terminal shipment. It all worked out in the end, and I received my shipment as promised. I would consider using this carrier again if I have the need.

      This has been the worst shipping experience of my life quick cargo never paid their part of the bill I had to double pay in order to get my things so if you want to call this a shipment delivered successfully you're incorrect. Every part of this experience was handled poorly the least professional outfit I've ever seen in my life. I will be looking for every place I can leave a review to tell people that they should never use this company. I will be seeking legal action towards this company to recoup my losses. Any advice or assistance that the better Business bureau can give me would be much appreciated.

      The *** and shipping labels had the wrong pickup address on them--they listed the correct city and zip code, but the street name listed that of the destination address, which is not what I had signed in forms I filled out. I emailed Kwick Kargo at 7:00am on the morning of my scheduled pickup day and called as soon as their customer service line opened to correct the pickup street name. ******* confirmed that I had received the the PDFs with the corrected information. For some reason, this was never sent to the actual shipping company, Roadrunner. So I sat around for 7 hours until I called Roadrunner directly, and they told me they had rejected the address that was sent to them because it did not exist and never bothered to contact Kwick Kargo or me to get the actual address. Roadrunner did not pick up that day because of this, and I was unable to be there for the pickup the following day as I had flown to ******* specifically to be there for it. The following day, my colleague had to wait until 5:30pm on Friday night for Roadrunner to show up when the pickup window was between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. She called them at 5:00pm to ask where the driver was, and dispatch said he was lost!Ultimately, I do not know whether the issue is Kwick Kargo or Roadrunner, regardless, I would choose a different company for future shipments.

      Told them I was residential and the gave my delivery to a freight company that did not fever residential and had to pick up my pallet from trucking warehouse

      Company is a ripoff. Theyll upcharge you at every turn and customer service is horrible. They are just a broker. Your shipment will go to another larger carrier like roadrunner. Just go directly to the carrier, youll save hundreds.

      Your conduct is absolutely UNETHICAL! You intentionally deceived our team by initially claiming it was a B2B load and stating that no assistance was required. Then, you abruptly changed your stance and insisted that we ship to a residential location with a lift, and we bore the additional costs. And now, you have the audacity to criticize us with a thumbs-down!Be aware that we are fully prepared to pursue legal actions against you for defamation. Your unjust actions will not go unchallenged.

      This was my first time doing a freight shipment like this. They made it super easy. They picked it up quickly, dropped it off in time and handled with care. Great experience! Will use them again if needed. Already recommended them to a friend.
