    On Friday June 2nd 2023, I Left Rallye BMW Westbury dissatisfied - with the service provided.I had set up an appointment on 5/9/23 via the *** Connect app, and stated what I needed done example: *** *********************** Change. I received confirmation via email about my appointment date. And I received texts reminding me about my appointment I said I will be there and requested to also have brand new tires for my car. That was acknowledged via text and call. I was excited that I was going to have everything done on my day off. I arrived 30 minutes early at 7:30 from original appointment at 8am. The intake technician went over what I needed, Inspection, ****************** change. He recommended coolant flush , wheel alignment and I agreed. After waiting so long from 7:30 to 16:30 I get a text stating that my car was ready but the brakes were out of stock the item I wanted change badly. The technician didnt come to give me the paperwork as in the past. I went to the cashier and requested to call the technician that it was not fair and a waste of my time. I told him if I would of known before hand I would of gone to *** of ************ ** where they would of gone beyond and get the part from another dealership. I feel that I deserve a credit or discount for wasting my time and holding the car so long to tell me you didnt have brakes. The service that was provided never takes that long. Then after I am ready to get into my car the driver side mirror was bent good thing it was not broken but someone was negligent. The service at Ralley *** seems like is going sour while waiting I heard some customer not being happy with their service. Hope ********* looks into these complaints.

    ************** was in 6/2/2023 for service work. He was written up at ****am and the vehicle was complete at 1:34. The brake pads needed for ****************** electric vehicle were not in stock and we donot pre-order brakes when an appointment is made. Due to being an electric I3 the brakes had to be ordered from *** NA. We did try to locate the brake pads from another dealer and no one had them available. The brakes areved 6/18 and we have left ************** a message on his voice mail on the ************ to inform him that his parts are in. Our service manager offered a 20% discount on the brake pad replacement for the inconvenience which is more than fair. Unfortunately not every part for every vehicle can be stocked or located from another dealer. We do our best to satisy every guest here at Rallye BMW.
