In May of 2020 our hot tub developed a small leak.After much aggravation it was taken away September 25, to be fixed. After 3 months it was returned.They stated that it was fixed. I told them we would not be opening it until the spring.They assured me it had been winterized. In March,we opened it and there were two leaks. A technician was sent to our house two times. He said it couldn't be fixed and it needed to be taken back to the shop.They would be charging me $595., which was unacceptable to me.They would pick it in the beginning of June. I called June 8 and 9 and left messages.NO call back. On June 10 I was able to speak to a Linda who said they don't usually pick up hot tubs in June or July. At this point I contacted the president of the company. Who apologized for dropping the ball, The hot tub was picked up June 12.We still do not have our hot tub as of August 31.The owner sent me an email saying we would have it last week. They want to charge us an exorbitant amount of money.Business response
