Claim **************** was opened by ******** on January 8, 2024. ******** is representing ***************** for a failure of my refrigerator's water dispensing system causing flood damage to my home. ***************** is the assigned adjuster. On January 12, 2024 I provided photos of the failed components per *************** instruction along with documentation from the flood mitigation company asserting the flooding was caused by the fridge failure. On February 2, 2024. *********** stated she had tendered the claim to Daewoo/Winia due to the failure being product related, not service related, as of January 26, 2024. I followed up again with *********** on February 29 and March 29, 2024 because no one from Daewoo/***** had contacted me about the claim. Daewoo/***** continues to ignore the notice of tender on this claim. To date, no one has contacted me about my claim. I suspect Daewoo/Winia is failing to acknowledge the tender as a means of avoiding the claim and hoping I exceed my statute of limitations for any legal action.Business response

Is a rebate processing center. While we previously offered services for Daewoo Corporation, our partnership has ended.

This box was used for processing Daewoo rebate promotions, but it is no longer in service for that purpose and may not be the appropriate channel for product-related concerns.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Please provide the correct information to submit product complaints/failure to accept tender of claim for Daewoo. This address is listed as Daewoo in the BBB database. It is not reasonable for a consumer to know the appropriate address for multinational corporations in order to make a legitimate complaint with merit.
