I SIGNED UP TO RECEIVED OFFERS & SPECIALS FROM JUST FOR MEN AND IN RETURN I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A COUPON TO TRY THEIR PRODUCT WITHIN 2 WEEKS. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE OR THE COUPON FROM THEM.Business response

We are sorry to hear that this individual did not receive a coupon. We are unable to determine why this occurred. To remedy the situation, we sent a new coupon directly to the consumer.

I contacted this company after buying a 6 pack of their H-20 color product from a ******* online. The product was more than 4 months old however less than 6 months old. I found 4 out of 6 of the boxed hair color products to be either old or some other issue as the color was black and would not effectively work. I contact the Just For Men customer service. I was put in contact with a person named *****. I explained the issue not once but multiple times. This person put me on the back burner until I asked if they were going to respond to me. Weeks went by and I did get in the mail a coupon replacing ONE of the hair color boxes. Being that I bought 6 and 4 of them were bad/expired I hardly find this to be a reasonable resolution. In fact I find it down rip to be a rip off. But then again I expected little from this "*****" character. After 20+ years of using this product I can say that it ends now as I can see exactly how this cheap garbage corporation treats someone who has had an issue costing then over $50 bucks out of pocket. The insulting "coupon" went straight in the garbage. I simply wanted replaced what was bad. This seems to be to much of an ask. It will however be the last dime I spend on this product. Combe/Just For Men is just another greedy corp that cares little and only about how much they can put in their greedy pockets. If they cheat you in the process they are obviously ok with that. I bet they expect everyone to just send our paycheck to them. I have so many 4 letter words I would love to say about this crooked garbage company.Business response
