      Circa September 1, 2023 had a sales call with a representative of PURE Insurance Company to get a quote for homeowners insurance. The agent was going to calculate a premium and get back to me. When they did I declined coverage and decided to remain with my existing home insurance provider. I never authorized the policy and am quite annoyed that the agent decided to bind me for insurance. I have used the same insurer since 2016 and have never had interrupted coverage so I ask why would I have need for double coverage? The PURE agent was overzealous and assumed I would switch carriers. I have called PURE on two ocassions to explain this to them and both times they were apologetic and said it would be corrected. Then on June 14th I received a collection notice from a debt collector. I want this harassment to stop and assurance my credit record has not been adversely impacted.

      04/11/2023 To Whom it may concern, Accident happened 12/31/2022 My vehicle was parked. The vehicle was stuck, while parked, no one was in it. The person's insurance is Pure insurance. I have not received any money due me ********************* ****** the person handling the claim, which is claim # ********** I have in the last 2 months emailed and left voice messages roughly a dozen times *************) ************************************ Also I have left messages for whom ***** told me was his supervisor, which I found out today is not true. *************************. *************) with absolutely no response. It should not take this long. I spoke with ****** ************** today @ 10:30 04/11/2023 she assured me she would pass the message on to *************************** supervisor ********************* ************** almost 3 hours later and still no response. She did say that she would not be in until noon eastern time. ***********************

      In December 2022, a Pure insurance member hit my vehicle in a parking lot. I was given his insurance and I spoke to them over the phone about getting my car to a shop due to the damage. At the time, the only damage I noticed was my right door caved in. On December 23, ****************************************************** park and I reported this December 26, 2022 to receive a rental. The next day, I brought my car to a collision center picked by Pure Insurance. When my car was returned to me, I was told all issues were fixed, however when I got home my gear shift was still not working. I contacted the ********* center and brought my car back. They then made me aware that they dont fix mechanical issues and that I need to get in touch with the insurance company again. During this time, I still had the rental and I tried contacting the insurance company. For over a week, I got no response. I emailed, left multiple messages, even reached out to their social media team on Instagram. Nobody responded to me until I called back to back multiple times Jan. 26, 2023. At this point, the rental company charged me a total of $357.58 and the adjustor, *************************, requested a copy of the receipt and told me she would look into it. I spoke to her on two more occasions regarding reimbursement and again, she told me she would look into it. Ive tried reaching out again via email March 22, 2023 and still no response. Their customer service is poor and the adjustor continuously avoids my calls and emails. They have made this entire ordeal h*** when their member was the one at fault for the accident.

      My vehicle was hit by another driver in July 2022. Pure Insurance neglected their responsibilities to communicate with their insured driver. Claims adjuster, *************************, has intentionally and deliberately slowed the adjustment process to proactively avoid payments for losses caused by their driver. I've taken personal days off work and lost wages so I could personally communicate with their customer. ********************** was able collect a proper statement after my intervention. ************************* and the PURE Insurance team have continued to neglect their responsibilities. There have been zero attempts to call back or communicate with me on this matter. My vehicle has yet to be restored, no rental vehicle has been provided, no communication has been made, and I feel my health starting to decline because of this situation. An addition, ****'s client verbally harassed me via text message after they gave their statement. *************************, nor any associates have commented on this separate matter. All records of previous communication attempts can be provided. Any assistance to help remedy this issue would be greatly appreciated.
