My order with this purported company was placed on October 3rd, 2023. My credit card was BILLED.SHIPPING LABEL "created" on October 4th.October 13th, Partner Facility "AWAITING ITEM", ********, **.October 14th, departed shipping facility, "AWAITING ITEM"October 16th, "you item arrived at a shipping facility in *******. This does NOT indicate receipt by USPS.I have called customer service TWICE, only to be told "don't worry, item is on it's way and I should receive it no later than Thursday, October 19th." I have also emailed twice, only to receive a automated FAILED notice. Lastly, I tried to LIVE CHAT, and got another automated message saying they will "look into the matter".This item is a simple Wi-Fi extender purchased solely on the basis of Consumer Reports rating as being the "best".This morning, I went directly to the town post office. I was informed by the postal clerk, that "only shipping labels were produced" and "no product ever arrived at any of the above mentioned facilities". Thus, I have been prompted to file a formal complaint to (1), GET my product for which I paid for, OR (2), an IMMEDIATE refund.Business response
