I ordered a merchandise back in November 2023 and still have not received it. I have made many attempts to reach them but no one has reached back out. All of their comments are people in a similar situation where they have ordered things but never received the items.Customer response

On January 20, 2024, I placed an order with AACA for $74.77 (I used Shop Pay to make my purchase and fulfilled all payments on time). AACA committed to providing the *** Classic '91 Sweatpants Charcoal Grey, Medium / Charcoal. I have not received my order and have been unable to contact anyone at AACA despite several attempts via phone, email, and their online chat assistant. No one at ACCA has contacted me to resolve the problem.The order number is #*********. The **** tracking number is ******************************. As of today, April 12, 2024, the package status via **** is Pre-Shipment, **** Awaiting Item. The Latest Update via **** says: We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package. This has not changed since January 27, 2024.Customer response

On July 20, 2023, order number #*********, I placed an order for 1 miskeen originals all black traxside snapback hat and 1 miskeen originals aaca classic collabo t-shirt all black for a total of $77.97.Since this transaction, I have emailed the website at ************************* and ***************************** on September 4, 2023, and December 20, 2023 and have yet to receive a response or update in reference to my order.At this point, I want to be refunded in full as this entire experience has been nothing short of an unprofessional disaster.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatsuit for 317$. I only received the bottoms. The bottom is 130. The tops are 175. And I paid 12.76$ ground shipping. ****16301 is my order number. I got a tracking number last month. That expired. I got another tracking number last week. Its still saying waiting on the item so **** can deliver it. They are basically running a scam according to all the reviews I read. But only reason I ordered with them is because my November order came. No problems. Now we have a great problem. I left 4 voicemails 4 emails and even emailed some guy named **** on the **** contact. I ordered a *********************** Frankenstein hoodie for $175 on October 14th and have never received it. The details still state the order is being processed. Ive called the phone number listed on the website and sent an email to their email address. Neither have been returned. I have the receipt showing the amount paid plus shipping.
