Though my initial experience is over 4 years old, I feel compelled to leave this review after never receiving satisfaction from company over a mishandled order. A group of wonderful people contributed to raise $5K+ for a customized wheel chair in Spring of 2017. The supposed ** expert ******* came to my home to take measurements and ask ME what I needed and wanted. ******* was the worst from the moment she sat down, being cocky, calling herself the best, interrupting me, being condescending. I was very clear in what I needed and my PA was here and can still be a witness, I required a deap seatfrom front to back and less width, from side to side. I needed to pitch forward, the wheel chair lifted a bit from the back. When the ** was delivered, late without proper cushion, I found everything was done in reverse of what I had asked for: shallow seat depth and wide width. The company tried to have ******* make amends until I refused to deal with her only the company forced her back over and over. When the chair was adjusted tilt wise, I was temporarily encouraged until ******* reversed and overruled my request. Now 4 1/2 years later, having a wheel fall off when returning from my sisters Celebration of ************ in the ********* airport back in April 2021 and having the left handle broke, not able to lift up to be arm rest/side guard, the company refuses to loan a temp wheel chair till the back ordered for 4 months arm rest is replaced. And because a cushion was made for the needed depthless and goes past the seat, I am unable to sit at edge of seat without the cushion tipping forward. The searing pain of sitting has increased more and more. $5K+ wasted and I cant ask anyone to donate additional funds! ******* never apologized or admitted her initial mistakes. She did not appreciate that after 50 years, I knew my body more than she did after only meeting me once. Do not trust ******* or the owners who have yet to care about their employees negligence. The only reason I give two stars is for the decency of employees ******* and *********
