I was interested in a fitness coaching program and got I touch with ****. His training seemed to be good and helpful insights. It seemed like people were getting results.I have done coaching like this in the past and have gotten results.I started to program off on a good path and was doing the best I could with the program.However , due to a car accident and totaling out my vehicle I could not continue working with the program. I asked for a refund In which I was told that no refunds are given. In my situation I needed a car and had to pay for a new one now.**** did not respond to me on ******** messenger when I asked him to stop the payment as Im having financial difficulties. I had to stop any payments as I could not afford them any longer . **** seemed to only care about taking other peoples money and not showing empathy in the harsh situation. His response did not come for at least a week and stated he messages in the app , but we had originally spoke on ********?With the lack of understanding, lack of feedback/coaching and taking $600 of mine for maybe 2 weeks that I had very little coaching is not a way to handle business.I would like a full refund for this as I did not get anything out of it ,except losing money. I dont think Ill be recommending a coach who doesnt communicate with his clients to anyoneBusiness response

****** signed an agreement outlining the program deliverables and requirements. He did not follow the program as it was created for him, and mentioned he had financial issues that came up and couldn't continue. His original program was for 3 months, and I told him that I will cancel his program for the last month, to which he said he understood and appreciates it (I attached the messenger conversation).
A few days later, he initiated a chargeback with his bank, claiming that I fraudulently charged his card, to which the bank settled the chargeback in my favor, because I did not do anything fraudulent, as ****** initiated every payment as per his own actions.
Even though my contract stated no cancellations, I still cancelled his last remaining month because he was going through a tough financial situation. I understand that financially tough times happen, but that is completely out of my control, and I cannot do anything about it.
