              I’m filing this complaint to try and save others from going through what happened to us. We gave Reyes money upfront for a large backyard parked (concrete, overhead patio, multiple door installations and more). After many excuses and proven lies over the course of 1 full year, we finally cut ties. We lived with half done construction for over 1 year…the work they ended up doing was terrible and needs to be redone. After cutting ties, I received calls from Reyes subcontractors about not receiving payments and demanding money. I had paid Reyes for this already, but they never paid their subcontractors.

              Luis Reyes is nothing short of a criminal. He will take your money and not perform. He will take your money and not pay his sub contractors. You will end up having to avoid liens. Any work that has been done at my house is because I personally had to purchase all materials. I am not the general contractor, he is. I should not be having to co tiniest to buy materials and pay sub contractors off. The amount of times he no shows is astounding and absurd. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. He ripped my house up this summer and left it for months. My house was filled with mosquitos and bees because of it. My kids were being eaten alive by mosquitos in our own home because he just never showed up to actually work. The amount of bounced checks to vendors has caused me to double pay. He never waterproofed my shower and absolutely does not know how to lay tile. Every spot a new window was going had to be reworked. He has stolen money and left houses in ruins for dozens of customers in both Niagara and Erie county. Do not be fooled by this scam artist.
