      I Brought A Car From West Herr Hyundai January 12th I Brung My Car To Them 2 Days After I Got It Because A Detector Light Was On They Never Fixed The Problem Of That Light Even After Other Technical Issues Were Goin On With My Car I Brung My Vehicle To Them 6 Times Today Would Be The 7th Time I Brung My Vehicle In To Be Looked At & Fixed They Sold Me A Lemon Car & Is Not Trying To Help Me Resolve The Issue Or Put Me In Another Car

      We have reached out to Ms. ****** several times to bring the vehicle in for diagnosis.  The last time the vehicle was in our shop was December of 2021.  Please have Ms. ****** call Ryan L**** or Frank C****** at our Hyundai location to set up an appointment.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I Sent Over Mostly Everything I Have I went To West Herr Collision On Transit Road For Repairs & Estimated Prices Its Annoying Because I Came To My Dealership MULTIPLE TIMES & NOTHING CHANGED My Car Has Had Electrical Problems SINCE I GIT IN LAST YEAR IN JANUARY they Sold Me A BAD CAR I brought My Car To Them 3 DAYS AFTER I LEFT THE LOTT WITH IT & it still has problems THIS IS RIDICULOUS they Said They Fixed It New Bumper & All That NOTHING LOOKED DIFFERENT OR WAS DIFFERENT then my RADIO WASNT WORKIN BROUGHT IT BACK They do nothing to FIX OR HELP MY PROBLEMS AT ALL I HATE WEST HERR BAD like They Are The WORST DEALERSHIP EVER I Pay On My Car To Be MESSED UP NO IF I CAUSED DAMAGES THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE I AM but For My Car To Keep Having Problems & Lights Going Off SINCE I FIRST GOT IT IS really Ridiculous & They Over charged Me For The Car As Well Like I Have Been Receiving Horrible Treatment Since I Went To West Here & Nobody Seems To Care Or Be Willing Help I am TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. Regards, ****** ******

      I put a $100.00 deposit down on a program called Hyundai insider. The 100.00 was for a reservation to buy a new 2022 Hyundai ***** **** when they came out. The car arrived at West Herr on or about 9-21-2021 and was the wrong color due to Hyundais website problem. The so called reservation is just a ploy to get names of potential buyers. For 100.00 you get nothing. The program is admittedly a failure by West Herr executives and employees yet they continue to take deposits on so called " reservations"

      Mr. ********** main concern was with Hyundai’s reservation system in ordering vehicles. West Herr helped Mr. ********** by contacting the Senior Group Manager with Hyundai and having them locate an incoming vehicle. We also put the customer in contact with a Hyundai customer service representative to help him communicate his issues with the Hyundai online reservation system.
