Contacted multiple times by calling and email only response was he had a project that was taking 100% of his time. I asked for the following information as per my right as a customer 1 a written statement showing the administrative fees for the plan for past year. 2 name, address,, email, and phone number for all trustees 3 a statement showing the administrative fees paid compared to other multi-employer plans. 4 a written statement showing the role the trustees have In changing the plan and how participants can transfer the funds It's been years since we've had many on site meetings And when you say you might have to get a lawyer involved or report to the bbb he emailed my work and said I threatened him to try to intimidate me into not contacting him for the information He has enough time for that but won't give me the information I asked for or even give me a timeliness for when he can give me th information because his business won't respond to calls or email He collects fees but doesn't do anything to earn them like adjust where you have your money invested inInitial Complaint

The company I work for has had a 401k plan with this company for 20 years. The employees of this union company has asked/demanded to transfer our funds to another 401k group and this company refuses to do so. Lawyers have been contacted and the vast majority of the employees in our company want to move our monies away from this company...NOW.Initial Complaint

They were the provider for my 401k but I've changed to a new provider but they won't transfer my money to my new provider or release it. I haven't heard from them for a couple years and do not know how much is in it. They also won't return emails or phone calls
