I purchased two tickets to Whiteface January 2021 (January 1, 2021 at 10:07 pm, Order number ********, totaling $271) while we were staying in Lake Placid but due to the onset of a febrile illness we deferred going. After calling the resort multiple times, we were given a snow guarantee which was mailed to us. Due to another surge of COVID (my wife and I are both in the healthcare field) we elected not to return this season and have tried calling multiple times to see about getting the snow guarantee extended, as it was only good for a single year. I have filed multiple requests online and they have not answered the request. I have tried calling and they refer me to filing an online request, which has lead nowhere despite multiple requests submitted over the last 2-3 months. While I would not expect a full refund (this would be ideal), they have not responded to my request, nor ever provided explanation why there is a single year limit on the gift card.Business response
