I booked Showcase Floral they were originally located in ******** now located in ******** Long Island, for my wedding, ******, *** and ******- they accepted my payment of, $1000 cash and then another $391 on my credit card, spoke with ****** in April 2022 to discuss final details for my wedding, he was extremely rude and told me to not call him due to being on vacation and that he would get back to me a week before my wedding, which never happened. They DID NOT show up to my wedding! I have been calling the business, they give me the run around, they hang up on me multiple times and proceed to tell me I am harassing them. All I want is my full refund ASAP, it is bad enough I had a flowerless wedding because of them. They took all my money in exchange for nothing, I feel like I have been robbed. Truly devastating.Customer response

Paid deposit for wedding flowers. Store went out of business. She did not contact me, I found out via internet. I tried calling, texting and she reads my messages and dosent respond. I want my deposit back 480$Customer response

At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding ShowCase Floral has been resolved. After many attempts of reaching out, and no response, I pursued a small claims court request, and after the she was served, she offered to pay me back(By clicking "OK", your complaint will be closed as Resolved.)
