I been trying to access my account ** being blocked they said send in notary I did I send pictures of me holding my ID .. verified all my information. And they still have my account locked so I can get my retirement funds .Initial Complaint

My daughter and I have been waiting every day for an appointment to get help and NO ONE calls. When we call to find out why we didn't get a call we are always told that they called and left a message however, they never leave a message and there's no missed calls on the phone. When we call to find out why we didn't get a call, the representative says they will try to get an agent to help while we are on the phone, but they always say there is no one available. We have even given backup phone numbers but still, not one call or message. Time is running out to enroll, and we feel like we are being misled and deceived. I'm a senior citizen and this is so unfair! Am I being disregarded because I'm a senior? We just want help picking a ******** plan and we don't believe that this is too much to ask for when I'm FORCED to use this company to get my benefit. When I didn't use them because my husband died and I didn't know, I lost money so now I have no choice. This company didn't even respond to my claim when I lost that money. I was told that they called today but I attached a screen shot showing no call or voicemail. I'd love to see that A+ service that their BBB rating should represent.Initial Complaint

Alight 401k plan managers have only one contact number and there is no way to get through, I have been trying for weeks and their phone services say "System Update going on, and I get disconnected" I tried their online website or app but same issues, the 401k rollover not possible. I would like for the Business to contact me immediately and have the funds transferred electronically to my financial institution.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
Though the business has not responded, someone must have read the complaint, and/or my emails to various department heads took effect and their system is now working, and a rollover has been initiated for my 401K. I will trust the business in their posting at the website that my 401k rollover check has been mailed, and this complain can be closed.
