            Ordered a Jacket from them in early November for someone for Christmas, as their website says under the shipping tab "Most Orders Will Normally Ship 3 To 7 Business Days Via economy shipping." I emailed them on 12/2 after it had been in "processing" mode since the day after I ordered it and was told they should be shipping it within a week. I waited until 12/15 and reemailed them and was ignored from there on out. Called on the 20th was told it was a warehouse issue and it should be out the following week.. Called again on the 29th after the website hadn't updated and was told they didn't have an estimated time frame and they were just now sending out orders from 6 months ago and to be patient. I told them if they didn't have an update the next week i wanted a refund. Magically it was sent out on 1/3 and got it on the 5th.Shady dealing with this company, fast to change order to processing to avoid cancelation but not fast at getting you your orders.
