I have Flooded in my basement and I have called this company. They cleaned the water and performed small repair work. I have paid them $4000 for their services but I have received a ******************* from my insurance company that they have submitted a claim to my insurance company for their services with my fake signature. I have received a call from a fraud guy who wants to offer me some money to authorize the insurance claim and be part of their fraud activities and still the insurance money. I have refused to do that and they have threatened to kill me and I have reported this to the police. I have read this company review and they are doing this for a long time with different people. This is a ************** We should have a judicial investigation against this company and all the fraud they have committed till date.Business response

This is in response to complaint # ********.
I am attaching the signed direct to pay which the homeowner is claiming he never signed. With his permission we opened up a claim with his insurance company.
We did an emergency mitigation service and then rebuilt his home with the homeowner's and the insurance company's approval.
The insurance company is requiring him to sign a proof of loss in order for us to get paid for the work that was completed. The homeowner is refusing to sign the proof of loss and we have not received any payments.
We invested over $40,000.00 into this project and his claim of fraud is ridiculous. No one threated to kill him and there has not been any fraudulent activity with this claim.
