I bought a vehicle from Queensboro Volkswagen on November 11th, 2023. I paid a total of $625 dollars for them to register my vehicle in the state of ***********. I was told that the vehicle would be registered in 45 days or less. Over the course of the next 6 months I continuously followed up with the dealer as I had never received plates. Every time I called, they told me that it was with the *** and they would let me know when the plates were ready. I finally went to the *** in May of 2024 and was told that no vehicle registration application had been submitted. I then called the dealership on May 11th and told them that because they hadn't gotten my plates, I wanted a full refund of the $625 that was paid for registration.Additionally, my vehicle was towed because it was unregistered, resulting in a $293 towing fee. The dealership agreed to pay this fee as well, resulting in a reimbursement of $918. It has been 3 weeks since that happened, and I still have not received my reimbursement. My emails and phone calls have also gone un-responded to.

I was interested in purchasing a car from Queensboro Volkswagon. I sent them $2,000.00 on May 4th to hold the car while I tried to work out the details of the financing. After speaking with my bank, looking at the car particulars again and speaking with the dealership I did not feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. They were notified right away about the decision and when I asked about the refund for my deposit I was told it would be returned in a week or less. After a week passed (5/16) I called the dealership and was told there was a mistake and the refund paperwork was sent to the wrong department. I was told to call again on Monday 5/20 if the funds did not appear. They didn't and I called again. I was told that there must have been a problem on the other office's side. I spoke to one guy that laughed when I said if they couldn't give a call back of when the money would be refunded. I have called and left messages for "Dino" the manager and also emailed with no response from him. I am glad I followed my instinct and did not purchase the vehicle from them, as if this is an indication of how they conduct business I am much better off. I want my refund back.

I made an online inquiry 8.17.22 into a Golf GTI that appeared on the ** inventory website (MSRP ****** on the ** site- see attachment) to Queensboro **. I received TWO emails back directly from Queensboro. One was from *****************************, a sales representative, asking me to call his direct line (which turned out to be a general number) and another contained a quote for the car the $32,695 and that the car quote was good for 7 days (fine printed noted they reserved the right to correct arithmetic). Both emails are attached. When I called to inquire about the call (I think the individual said his name was "****")- I said I had received an online quote and may be interested in putting a deposit on the car. I asked about the availability of other colors when the car would be available etc. and the individual informed me that the deposit was $1000 to hold the car and that it arrived in two weeks. I said I may call back as I wanted to do more research. I eventually decided to move forward with Queensboro ** and the quote. I called back and spoke to "****" to put a deposit on the car and when I quoted the price that was sent to me in the email he said that it was not correct and they would not honor it. He informed me that it was a system generate email and that ***************************** did not work there. He then informed me that the price was actually around $35,000 after speaking with his GM. This is both inconsistent with the quote and MSRP represented on the Audi website. This sort of "bait and switch" pricing is completely unethical and the practice should be ceased. I also do not believe that it constitutes and "arithmetic" error and that the price quoted in the email should be honored.

On 10/2/2021 purchased certified pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica. Vehicle has a security pin in use that employs overzealous safety features meant to keep first time drivers safe. The settings, known as Keysense, require a *** to function or alter. The dealership claimed they would discover the *** so we could operate the vehicle normally. Upon delivery, no non- keysense key fob was provided and no *** was provided. To date, we cannot use any of the keysense features and cannot operate the vehicle as desired. (Example, increase volume, has max ***** set) Local dealership can order non-keysense key that is needed but at a cost of $303. Original dealership not helpful and non responsive. Would like compensation of $303 or refund of multi-point inspection at $1900.

Went to Queensboro Volkswagen for an oil change which I found out when I got home it was not done. They also charged me for 3 separate diagnostics that I feel was irrelevant to what I originally went there for. The service director did admit that the technician did not do the oil change and that he will refund me the oil change only and not the diagnostics. I originally went there for front end work and an oil change. I informed the service director that I should be reimbursed for everything for all the stress and aggravation they caused. If they did this to me imagine all the other individuals they do this to. I would of never noticed if the oil filter was located underneath the vehicle like most cars. Please have corporate investigate and put an end to these independently owned crooks. Thank you
