      We purchased kitchen cabinets from Instock Cabinet in the Fall of 2022. They were delivered in November 2022. Very soon the paint of the cabinets started to deteriorate: chips started to appear, cracks, and marks that are not commensurate with regular use. Clearly there was a problem with the primer and the paint. We contacted the company and the owner, ****, came to view the damage in March 2023. He claimed that the damage had occurred during installation and refused to take any responsibility. Not only that, he refused to acknowledge that the fact that the paint would come off the cabinets if scratched with fingernails was a sign of the fact that the primer and paint used simply inadequate for kitchen cabinets. We were left dismayed at the level of lack of responsibility and business ethics. Since then we have continued to document the case and we have prepared for legal action against a business that provided us with a defective product. We have contacted with paint companies and cabinet painting companies that have given us the same diagnostics: the primer and the paint are not the right ones and they were applied in very thin layers that render them incredibly fragile. Now that our whole kitchen is installed with quartzite countertops etc. any process of painting or even removing the cabinets will be a nightmare and really expensive: the solution exceeds the cost of having installed the cabinets in the first place. We are profoundly saddened by this turn of events but we have already contacted our lawyers on this matter and will follow a legal route unless the Instock Cabinet takes full responsibility for their technical incompetence and get a full refund for the ****** USD the company was paid: that money will not even cover the expenses of having to re-sand, re-finish, and re-paint the cabinets.

      I hired the company Instock *********** located at ************************************************************,phone number ************, Fax ************. the email is ***********************. I met with ********* his number is ************ so he came to my house where with discussed in detail how i wanted my kitchen cabinets . He took the measurements and then called me to see the sketch in his office. we went over everything I wanted he agreed, and he requested me to pay half of money, but I called him and agreed to do all the job after Christmas. So, in 2/19/22 I paid him ***** dollares and he promised to do the cabinets would be ready in two weeks, 3 months passed then he calls me in May 2022 to tell me that the cabinets were ready, I paid him the rest of the money 3.610.76 dollares, he brought the cabinets on June 1/22 , I paid ***** dollares to install the cabinets, but the cabinets were smaller and poorly made, some drawers and ***** were missing and the pull out drawers were attached on four pieces of wood instead of being in the mounted drawer system and some were missing as well. after to many discussions with ********** said that had nothing to do about it and I need to talk with the owner who nis ** **** with a phone number ************ he was very reluctant to fix it and I told him that I will take him to the court. So, he sends someone to check the cabinets after that he agreed to fixed them after calling him several time he sends the same person to measurement all again. After several weeks he calls me and send someone to fix everything but that was worse he installed a cardboard cabinet full of holes and dirty, put some fillings between cabinets of different color, I talked with **** and he asked me to send pictures, the pictures were send and now he doesn't answer my call. I tried in good faith to get them to fix the cabinets, but it has been impossible that why I am looking for help. I am a 68 year-old living with my Mom who is ************************************************************************************************** my kitchen i don't know how to handle these issues by myself.I want my money back plus all the expenses I have had. Installation 2,000ollares, the countertop is not longer good because the measurements were changed and the money, I paid them 7,00733dollares and remove all this cabinets as soon as possible.
