      Hi, I visited repair Tech Kings on 9/10 to inquire about repairing a crack on my ******* S22, as I was traveling on business and wanted to have a ************** for a technology show (IMTS) I was attending in ******* on 9/11. I spoke with store Manager ***** who said this was a easy fix and he would be able to repair on the same day and I would have my phone returned same day for my business trip. He checked stock availability and guaranteed I would have my phone back same day and if anything happened he would give my phone back in same condition as it was working fine. Many calls and texts later, last on 2:30am 9/11 he stopped replying, last exchange he told me he was going to try to get someone to be at the store early to give my phone back for my business trip. This did not happen and I was left with no option but to go to show without my phone. I spoke with store Manager ***** later on 9/11 and explained I did not want him to continue with repair, as I had lost confidence in the company and I was not going to pay the absorbent amount quoted (over $400) dollars amount as I was no longer in a need for a fast repair and I was going to find a more cost effective solution, he did not disagree. When i returned from my trip to pickup my phone, i was informed another Tech repaired my phone and I was responsible for paying. When I questioned, he put me in contact with his Manger who has not been helpful in any way. He is blaming his vendor and informed me when he tried to get information from his vendor they refused and the employee in question is no longer with the company. He emailed me telling me I have until tomorrow to pickup my phone per their terms and conditions, they never explained previously. I have repeatedly asked for an invoice/bill and they refuse to give it to me. Please help, I feel this company is very unscrupulous at best, I should have known better when i dropped my phone off and he told me it was a cash transaction. Attached emails and texts.

      Prices are evaluated based on cost, skill proficiency and genuine parts. OLED panels are generally expensive to manufacture and as well as we are not a manufacturer. Not even mentioning it being the NEWEST **************** phone to date.

      "If you fail to pick up your device or otherwise arrange for its return after repeated efforts to contact you, after ten (10) days following the completion of repairs Repair Tech Kings LLC. shall treat the device as abandoned, and may dispose of the property in its sole discretion in accordance with applicable provisions of law, including sale to recoup administrative and repair costs"

      We have given you now 24 days which exceeds our 10 days of our ***. In our correspondence your concern has not been that the repair which was dropped off 09/10 and completed 09/12, but rather why the vendor had an error on their end which I have explained is their own internal matter and was not given further information.

      "Once a repair is submitted, terms and conditions have been accepted, the customer authorizes a ********************** and its cost, a repair can not be cancelled. The repair can only be cancelled when the device is still in the diagnostics process. This is to insure no loss of income to Repair Tech Kings LLC."

Repair Tech Kings LLC. reserves all rights to offer customers a quoted time to complete any repair, this quoted time carries no guarantee and is also subject but not limited to unexpected delays, weather conditions, courier errors/delays, supplier errors/delays/back orders, product availability in store and appointment availability but are not limited to these conditions.

      We have implemented this practice to ensure our repair times as well as providing customers with a fairly accurate ETA, as other businesses in the same trade would quote a minimum of 1 week to source and obtain a part or 2-3 weeks to complete a repair.

      Unfortunately due to a vendors delay your repair was not able to be completed same as expected eta and our team went above and beyond to try and make this happen.

      As for your demand for staff to come into work at 6-8AM when we open at 12 on Sundays is genuinely shocking as well as requesting our staff to breach contract, Respond after business hours when we have the latest hours of any repair shop known to man.

      Please be aware you willingly signed our Terms of Service under no duress. You also have had ample opportunity of reading as it as available 24 hrs 7 days a week with NO recorded outages since 2010.

      As I have personally stated in multiple email correspondence your device has been ready since 10/12.
