      We are filing this complaint against Paramount ************************************ as we hired them to complete work on the outside of our home. A large majority of the work has been completed, what remains is where your assistance is needed. We had Our driveway and a portion of our backyard fixed with Asphalt/Blacktop. No more than a week of the application we begun to see pieces coming up and gaps appearing. We brought this to *********************** (Owner of the Company's) attention. He came with another gentleman to access what we raised and the man confirmed the Asphalt/Blacktop did not set will and would need to be corrected but advised it be done during the Spring when the weather is warmer as the weather is what affected the finished. We came to an agreement and paid the balance in full. They were to send us the updated invoice which was to include the work they were to come back and correct once the weather was warmer. Since they do not answer calls nor text from our number. In order to get an to answer, we have to call from different phone numbers (as though we are new potential clients), once aware that it's us we are greeted with sucked teeth and frustrated tons. The last call he answered, he stated they've just been busy but will come complete the work and well send the updated invoice shortly. We still have yet to receive nor hear anything.The total amount paid to Paramount Landscaping & Masonry *** was $49,450.00, of which $9,000.00 was for the Asphalt/Blacktop work. The work began The beginning of November 2022 and ended Mid February 2023

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Paramount Landscaping & Masonry Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       The owner came and we discussed issue raised along with another issue had with the work done. Aside from the blacktop repair the artifical turf installed was slanted making part of the yard unusable he example that was because they followed the way the land was already. We discussed the issue with the blacktop 1st. The Owner ******************* explained the 2 choices we had: Option 1 - They can reseal once more with will resolve the issue of the stones and cracking  but will not take care of the sunking holes/drips around the fence poles. Option 2 - To correct all the issues and ***************** *********** stated they would have to rip up the entirer blacktop and reinstall it. We agreed to option 2 as we wanted the job down corrected. I asked if breaking and redoing the blacktop would be an expense on us he advised no. At that point I said since you all have to tear up the floor can the uneveness/slanting in the back wbere the artifical turf sits be corrected he advised yes, but we would have to pay for that work which would take about 2 days to do. My next question was if they would be able to complete before July 4th (as we were scheduled to host the holiday at our home), he said yes they would be able to complete before than. We agreed a few days later him and his team came and began the demo 6/12. All the blacktop and artificall turf was removed, the ground of the artifical turf was than leveled out and reinstalled but a portion was still missing which ************ stated they would fix. Our last communication was on June 20th which was 2 days of calling to get an eta on when they would be back to.complete the job and if our July 4th deadline was still feasiable as I assumed the rainy weather is what caused the delay. *********** confirmed the weather was the hold up but they will complete in time for us to host our event. After not hearing from ************ since that day (June 20th) I called again on June 28th to find out whats going on but no answer nor reply as of yet.

      Last communication was sent via text on July 6, 2023  inquiring on when they will return to complete the remainder of the work. At this time are still awaiting a response.
