              I placed an order on January 31st 2023 on *********** for which I received a confirmation email with a link to follow my order. This email stated that I would get an email when my order has been shipped.After a week I still didn't get that email so I write Special Needs X-Press if my order has been shipped since I didn't get an email for the shipment. They replied to me saying that it had been delivered and gave me a **** tracking number. I then proceed to check the tracking number and see that the package has been delivered to a complete different address than the one I had put in my order.I then write the company to ask them if they gave me the wrong tracking number or maybe the package has been sent to the wrong address. I didn't get any reply.A few days after I write them again giving the same information about the wrong tracking number, or that it has been shipped to the wrong address or maybe even it has never been shipped. And I asked for a refund. I never got any answer. I wrote them again today asking for a refund. I'm also contesting the payment to my bank because I paid but the package has never been shipped and I want a refund.I hope you will be able to help me. Thank you for your time.
