I recently had a disappointing experience at this nail salon, particularly with my nail technician, ****, who is also the supposed owner. I got my nails done on Wednesday, and by Thursday, they were already chipping and lifting. After reaching out to ****, she scheduled a fix on Friday at 4 PM, where she only planned to file and reapply the topcoat, leaving my nails still in poor condition.When I questioned her about the rushed fix, she admitted she had no time and seemed indifferent. My nails had corners chipped, tops completely chipped, and even on the bottom, causing me frustration just two days after the service. Despite my respectful communication, **** refused to refund or properly address the issue.Beyond the disappointing nail work, the salon's hygiene practices are concerning. **** uses the same file on everyone, neglecting basic sanitary steps throughout the process. After finishing, she skips alcohol and opts for a quick oil spray. Even during the pandemic, the salon disregarded guidelines, surpassing allowed capacity, and often had customers waiting beyond professionalism.Overall, my experience was marked by unprofessionalism, unsanitary conditions, and a lack of care for customers. Considering the business is unclaimed on Yelp, it speaks volumes about the overall quality and commitment to customer satisfaction. I'd advise caution before choosing this salon for your nail care needs.
