      I purchased this car in October 2023. It hasnt even been a year. When I was signing papers to finalize the purchase I was told about a warranty which I ended up purchasing. Me and my fianc asked multiple times what this warranty covered and this woman told me anything and everything I gave examples and she said yes it was covered. Here I am. The brakes somehow are down to the metal my front tires are shot and the alignment isnt right and no one is covering anything now bc Im being told the warranty doesnt cover that. I was completely lied to to sell this warranty to me and clearly gave me a car that needed to have these things fixed. Im not happy at all and no one bothered to return my call after I explained everything. I deserve to have the car fixed under the warranty I was told would cover these issues. Never have I ever had an issue w a car Ive purposed in less than a year of having it. Shame on you

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       

      I am sorry I meant to respond to the response but my mom was very sick and it slipped my mind while I took care of her.
      They didn’t resolve it bc he took too long to respond n I needed to get the car fixed. I have a wheelchair bound mom who I take care of n take to her appointments.
      The woman who sold me the warranty most definitely told me that it covered everything and I specifically gave examples and she said yes. When I called service the gentleman said they do that all the time and he doesn’t know why bc the info is not true. I can eat the new tire cost but I should be reimbursed for the brakes bc the car isn’t even a year old so why did I need all new brakes.

      Vehicle was sold as a preowned vehicle and passed NY state inspection. With wearable items, driving habits/ conditions things can wear at faster rates. That being said I would have liked the opportunity to service the vehicle. I will be sending out a onetime check for $200 dollars out of good faith for a valued customer to go towards the maintenance of your vehicle.  Check will be mailed to *** ****** **** *** **** ****.
