      This place is a complete RIP off. This financial guy like every crooked business person convinced my daughter to take out add'l insurance THAT IS NOT helping her right now. She pays 1k+ on her mthly 2023 lease AND now has to come out of pocket [a few thousand] for repairs. They NEED to be invested for their criminal schemes.

      I have lived in this Yonkers neighborhood for 26 years and I would highly recommendation NOT purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I have recently had a total loss on a vehicle; having said that, due to my personal experience and reading the written testimonies, I certainly would never purchase here.My direct experience with an employee of this dealership was to be confronted with their aggressive and ****** rude behavior, both within the community and on dealer property. Management seemingly does not address their employees egregiously, unprofessional conduct on-site nor do they respond to emails or phone calls. ********. I would further elaborate on my personal experience with this dealership but after having read the other customer reviews it seems I needn't say more.

      I leased my vehicle on 7/31/18 when my lease was ending I opted into buy it out, when doing so I was never advised that my vehicle would now be listed as a certified pre owned vehicle (when this happens the kia ************ does not handle your warranty any longer, and that was never advertised to me, it is now a 3rd party warranty company) which brings me to my current situation, I received an alert on my car last Friday while I was driving telling me to make a service appointment as there my be issues with my transmission! So I pulled over n did just that, I called and advised the service department of this issue and the soonest appointment available was 10am today 6/6/24, get there this morning b4 9am as I just knew this was going to be a long day! By around noon the service advisor comes to me and tells me that my transmission need to be replaced but my car is certified pre owned so there is a 3rd party warranty company that will come out n evaluate my vehicle and determine if this is covered! I immediately call the corporate office and file a complaint because I was never advised of this transition with the warranty company and now I can not get a loaner and have to wait for the service department to call the warranty company and file the claim, then I can ask the warranty company and see if they will cover a rental! In the mean time I am stuck and left up in the air, I left the dealership around 1pm and the advisor was supposed to contact the warranty company and call me so I can then call them and see if I can get a covered rental fast forward 2 hours later and at this time no one from the service center has contacted me to give me the ok to call the warranty company which will leave me having to run around last minute waiting to try n find a rental if they even approved of it! Had I known from the start that the warranty was going to be transferred I would not have bought out my lease! Moral of the story do your research and check reviews b4 getting a car!

      Shady dealership. Advertises lower cost on the website to get you in the door and then they hit you with a 8 to 10% administrative fee that they cant explain and refuse to remove once questioned. Its illegal to add on dealer fees over the $175 doc fee in the state of ********.

      I been to many different car dealerships. Kia **** provided me with the best customer service. ************************* was beyond great, he left with me no doubts and even answered my phone calls off the clock. This is what I called great customer service. Not only did he provide an awesome experience, he mad me feel like family and you dont get that at a lot of car dealerships. He also didnt make me feel he was just trying to get me a sale. I will referred him to family/friends/ as well as Co workers. Also, I will like to thank *********************** and ***************** for constructing the deal and making this awesome K5 GT MODEL my reality

      I purchased a **** KIA ****** on 8/20/23 and was told its in transit and wouldnt arrive until 9/4 but had to leave a down payment of $1000. I only received the bill of sale 9/02 and was advised that they were not sure when the vehicle would arrive probably on 9/15 and to call the sales manager to get an update incase the car arrives sooner. I called and left voicemails 5 days in a row and the manager never responded to me. Then after 8 days of being ignored I physically went back to the dealership and requested my deposit returned. They advised me that they couldnt do it that day and to call back tomorrow to get my deposit returned. Then following day I proceeded to get started to get the run around about they will get to it and that the person wasnt there who could process the refund. After a week of calling them I finally got my deposit back. Also realized that they charged me sales tax for the higher price they were asking and not the lower price I negotiated. They added an additional $1000 under the guise that those were numbers done by the computer. In total this whole ordeal took 1 month and I was given excuses, empty apologies and my time was wasted. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this dealership but if you do go please becareful, do your research and also have your calculator ready because the numbers they give you could be inflated.

      Went to trade in a ****** Altima for a new vehicle. The dealer told us that once we traded in we would not need to worry about what was owed for the ****** which was $19,000. We took the vehicle thinking we were paying more money because of interest. It turns out after a year of owning it we realized $17,000 of the $19,000 was added onto the new KIA ******** 2022 that we purchased from them and they did not inform us before the transaction was made. A year later we decided to trade in the ******** for a cheaper affordable vehicle. After the dealer said they would look into what they could do, he processed paperwork for ** to get a ***** Civic Sport 2022 for lesser than what we were paying for the ********. He however did not inform ** that they could not trade in the ******** but instead recommended we voluntarily surrender the vehicle back to the bank. He never disclosed how doing such a transaction would affect our credit score. We asked him what other options we had and he advised ** to sell the ******** on Carvana. We tried but they would not offer ** anything close to what the car was worth. We called the dealer back and he said he would try to assist ** in selling the vehicle but left us hanging. The vehicle is still brand new with only ***** miles on it. We are highly disappointed with the lack of clear communication from the vendors end. We feel was were taken advantage of because we were a young couple looking for a better way to finance a vehicle that would work for us but instead we were put into a financial constraint.

      When you visit this dealership, make sure to thoroughly review the documents they present. Its not illegal for the dealership to establish separate fees from the advertised price but keep in mind it isnt mandatory for you to accept any offer. You are entitled to fair treatment and have the right to walk away. Do not hesitate to contact *********** directly in their presence to confirm any unnecessary charges.

      I Purchased a **************************** Yonkers, **. After driving the vehicle for a few days, the check engine light came on. I returned to them, and the check engine light came off. After a few days of driving, the check engine light came on in November 2020, I returned to ***, and the same thing kept happening. The passenger side leaks, which *** addressed. The backup camera doesn't work, and the mirror on the roof cant open. The desk representative, *******, said the backup camera was a luxury. The sales representative, ****** whom I did the transaction, kept giving me the run around when I told him I wanted to change the vehicle. I also received a letter from **** that a recall was on the car. I spoke with ******, and he explained that it was not his fault and that I should take it to ****. I am stuck with a vehicle with many issues that *** never addressed initially. *** also works in collaboration with banks like ********* to give finance to individuals with bad credit so they can give a high-interest rate that they don't explain to the customer. *** in ********************** is an awful dealership to do business. No customer satisfaction, very deceptive in the sales agreement.

      Most horrible experience ever I brought a car from the dealership in 2015 and in 2022 my engine failed under a recall. that isnt the problem the problem i have is the lack of professionalism, compassion, and the drive to do better for their customers. After 5 days of being stranded in my home and isolated to all my responsibilities to my own job i happen to be passionate about unlike the people at this dealership. I have to pay for so many things out of my pocket to then put in a claim and wait ***** days for my money back when the recall was on them in the first place. my car broke down on a Monday and was in their shop by lunch time that day. Waited until Wednesday 48 hours later to say my engine fail and that they don't have a vehicle for me until Saturday morning 5 whole days later that whole week I had to reschdule business meetings, doctor ************ for my children and, pay extra money for groceries and other home needs because my ONLY vehicle was RECALLED and was ***** FAULT but i am the one that gets outed and not cared for and now will loose even more business because of not being to go to a business meeting and having to rent a car meanwhile i have a loaner from them because of their loaner rules i will never buy from ******* or *** ever again and certainly not this dealership if you care about your money and expect someone else to respect that your a customer DO NOT GO HERE they obviously have 1 start for a reason
