      To whom it may concern, I have used this plumber *** Alpaca, owner of the business E-*** *********************************************** services **** for almost as long as I own my home which is close to 5 years. My latest project was a bathroom renovation. Firstly, I had to cancel the original date to begin the renovation twice but I gave him more than a weeks notice both times. I was in the middle of another renovation that took longer than expected and I got hit by Hurricane *** at the same time. My bathroom was demolished by my contractor on September 20 and I had made arrangements for *** to come on the 21st. I would not have known he wasn't coming by as we arranged unless I text him. This went on for the rest of the week, every day he was coming, he didn't come but every evening he was coming to look and see what he needed for the next day, but didn't show up until Saturday that week , hours after he said he would be here his ******************* came. ****** didn't finish on Saturday and *** came on Sunday to "finish", so my contractor could start that following Monday. Well, *** didn't finish on Sunday either and would be back Monday to "finish". His ******************* came, about four hours after he said he would come, again my contractor couldn't do much by the time ****** was finished in the late afternoon. Now it's more than a week later he promised he would have done his part, every day and every evening and every hour for more than a week was telling me he was going to be there. This all may be very common in this business, I don't know but it's frustrating to say the least. So I have saved all of my text messages between *** and myself. I paid him in full, $4,000 in cash on the evening of Sunday September 26th. I thought most of the job was done, he said ****** had an hour or so of work on Monday, the rest was installation after the reno. He said he would give me a receipt the following day, I still have no receipt, no proof of work done or payment made. I have proof in my texts.

      I have finished the project that was originally proposed in the project at ******* smiths home.there was so many delays on this project.Everything was completed and done by code.******* has insulted me many times and when I had an emergency with my son due to ****** she said I was making up an excuse.it hurt me ,because I have known ******* for so long.Now since this pandemic started up again,I had to go to ******* due to my aunt getting the covid and passing away,I have not been able to work or able to do any managerial duties at this time,My family and I are mourning our loss,I will send ******* her invoice once Im back and up on my feet with work.Im sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

        *** Alpaca of E-*** Plumbing has been telling me every week for 5 weeks now that he is sending my receipt. He was paid $4,000 in cash on September 25th. I have been in touch with him via text messages every week since he has been paid. Aside from his statement having false accusations, it also means nothing because I have heard he is giving me his receipt for five weeks now. In all of those five weeks, his reasons for not coming back to finish the job or giving me a receipt  was because he was busy with other jobs, one time for his son being sick. He initially got upset with me because two weeks after his son had an ****** attack I didn't ask how his son was. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. I want my receipt, it's been five weeks!!
