    On April 18, 2020, I requested Bed of Roses Florist to provide hanging lights at my Sons Wedding reception originally to be held on May 23, 2020. The quote for materials and installation was $1,650.00, which I paid in full at that time. Unfortunately, due to Covid regulations the reception had to be postponed, I contacted the florist at that time and advised them that the wedding had to be postponed. We tried to reschedule the date until July 2020, but again the reception had to be postponed and again in September 2022 which had to be postponed. I requested a refund and was advised by the florist that he would hold on to my payment in hopes that the Covid epidemic would get better and a wedding reception could be planned in the future. Unfortunately, that did not happen and we had a small dinner celebration for the wedding. The Florist continued to retain my payment in hopes that there would be some type of a celebration in the future, that did not happen.I have requested a full refund of the $1,650.00 from the florist, he claims he would provide me with only of the $1,650.00 equaling $825.00. I asked what his rational was and he indicated he had to order the lights. I then responded to him provide me with the lights plus the $825.00, however he declined.I have been in contact with **** from Bed of Roses over the past 2 years, each time we talked he was either too busy to discuss at that time or we would try to discuss some type of equitable settlement. In June of 2022, **** of Bed of Roses agreed to reimburse me $1,000.00 of the $1,650.00. We agreed on a settlement of $500.00 to be paid then and $500.00 a month later. It is now the end of September and I have not received anything, I have called his place of bisiness multiple times since then, but no response from ****, I have left messages with his staff both ***** and ****, but **** has not returned my calls
