*****************************, the owner of 11.11 Travel Agency, defrauded over 30 women and she refuses to properly refund us our money. Instead, she wants to nickel and dime us, in and effort, to reduce the amount she owes us. I and about 30 women paid ******* over $1050 for a 5 day, 4 night stay in *********** from 7/19/2023-7/23/2023. During our trip, ******* allowed not one, but all of our excursions to be canceled. We paid her $456 each for tours/excursions and from that I took $15 off, because she claims she paid $5 for a Vieques tour that was non-refundable and $10 was paid by the founders to repaid to them by *******, leaving my refund amount to be $441. ******* decided to up the transportation costs from $100 to $200 and then she added $100 for herself, as a professional fee. No where on either website did it mention any professional fees, no where! I went ahead and disputed my issue with PayPal and then ******* issues some bogus invoices, pretty much stating that if you didnt dispute via PayPal you can get that refund of $189, which later turned to $229 - and she claims a lawyer/accountant helped her to arrive to these amounts, impossible! And, if you disputed via PayPal, that would be the platform you would get your refund. Now, shes disputing it with lies! ******* has created bogus invoices, she has lied about her interactions with the people who paid her for job she failed to follow through on.I want my $441 dollars, the amount of money Im out of, for services that ******* failed to provide.Customer response

I went on a trip Call the *** Latin Mom Squad to ***********. Someone hired her to be our travel agent. To stay in *********** resort in ***********. We paid her through pay pal. I got my own airfare tickets to travel. As soon as we got there, there were no buses to take us back to the hotel, so I got an Uber. The agent called and communicated with us about the buses the day before. We never went to the excursions she promised use. We did not go to the *** excursions, Kayak excursions, and so on. WE paid for transportation, and it was not available on Saturday and Sunday. It was completely canceled on use. It was a huge mess from the beginning that we got there. I requested our money back to refund me just the excursions and transportation that was not taken place. My receipts and for Uber are there to prove that we had to get one to be able to move around . It was the worst trip i have ever taken. The agent was rude and disorganized, It was a bad expereince for me. I would like a refund for $466 dollars. For the excursions that did not take place and transportation. I feel that this 11.11 travel agency is not legit. All her information and emails are on the upload.
