While cutting down a tree at my residence, the tree fell on my home damaging a picture window. I paid for the window to be installed thereby causing original vendor to issue Webers ************ a refund for installation. Now Webers lawn care has not reimbursed me for the installation cost $1109. Please note I paid Webers **** care $1800 for cutting down the trees. They assured me that they are insured. I want to be reimbursed.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Regarding this complaint.
The company did contact me and the matter was resolved. Please rescind my complaint.
