I had my brakes fixed recently at this business. The following day I heard a loud, clanging clicking noise. Every time I would hit the brakes at low speed. I had to wait a while to get a service appointment which I bought in today. The service consultant told me that my brakes were fine that they dont hear a clicking noise even though theres a clicking noise but the problem is I have a very loud noise coming from the front, which is my wheel bearings that need to be replaced, I explained to the service person that I bought the car in over a year ago for that problem while it was still under warranty I was told that it was a loose bolt and something needs to be tightened and that it was taken care of I called the next day to tell them that the loud noise when Im driving is still there I was dismissed and told that thats the only problem that they saw theres nothing else that they could do. Now over a year later, theyre telling me that that noise that I was complaining about over a year ago Has to be fixed and I have to pay for it. When I explain to him that I have complained about this and was told that it was fixed and that the noise was nothing that they can find he told me well that was ****** miles ago so I dont know what to tell you. I said I wanted him to go in and review because I had definitely bought the car in for this why it was under warranty and again was told well they said it was fixed and that it was something loose but it wasnt. it was my wheel bearings the whole time the noise has not ever gone away. He completely brushed off what I was saying and told me to call Nissan North America and that theyre not gonna do anything about it because it was such a wide span of time as I am looking at safety concerns about driving like this it seems to be very very dangerous to be driving around and Ive been driving around for a long time like this. I do not feel I should have to compensate for a huge error on their part. It is in their records.

We appreciate your feedback on your recent visit.  We have had a chance to review your concern and found that when you were in originally there was nothing wrong with your wheel bearing, and that is why we did not recommend to have it replaced at that time.  If, it was something that was missed by ************** you would not have been able to drive the vehicle for an entire year afterwards as the concern would have continued to get worse.  In your case we rectified your concern last year and this is a new different concern that you are experiencing, and we are happy to fix your vehicle but will have to charge for the repairs.  We are happy to work with you but there will be some costs inccured by you.

I recently discovered an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report dated [Jan. 07, 2023]. I did not give consent for this inquiry and have no prior dealings with the business in question. I have contacted the creditor regarding this matter, but there has been no response from their side. Please investigate and remove it from my credit report promptly.

We had an opportunity to review the clients claim.  The client did put a online application in back on 01-01-2023.  It is a secure site and was done voluntarily.  The client is also a previous customer of the dealership and we did have a recorded conversation with the client prior and after the inquiry was submitted.  This case is deemed closed

I was on their website to order Part numbers T98T6-9BU3A and T98T6-9BU3B (Step Assist Rails for my truck), and I saw they had them on sale at the price of $243.75 each. I ordered one of each, in which I get a confirmation email and paypal began processing my order. I then receive an email from nissan from a representative named *************************, telling me that they're having issues with their system and that they can't sell me them for that price. He then counteroffers and says he can sell me them for $290.00 each for the inconvenience. I tell him I'm sorry that your system is messed up, but I purchased them for this price and I'd like that to be honored. He responded with, "No I can't do that I'm so sorry I'll just cancel the order for you." Below I will attach the emails of our conversation and screenshots of their site STILL showing them for $243.75, two days after this all transpired.

I purchased a used 2015 RAM from Nissan of Yorktown Heights in July of 2021. On 9/17/2021, the motor failed. I had the truck brought back to Nissan and after about 2 months of back and fourth with them they agreed to replace the motor with a refurbished one and said they would charge me half price. I agreed and subsequently paid them and $2,763.29 for the new motor. On 6/5/2022 the motor they sold me failed. I brought it to PAMBY motors, a certified Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge repair shop and after an inspection of the engine they informed me that the engine was a mess. They said parts were held together with zip ties and that there is no way the engine was refurbished and purchased by Nissan. They said it looked like it was taken out of a junk yard. I am have already argued with this dealership just to get them to replace this engine int he first place. I would like to request a full refund of the money I spent for what they claimed to be a refurbished engine. They sold me the engine dishonestly and I am now in an unmanageable financial situation with a truck that does not run and that I can not sell as it sits.

My family and I have owned or leased at least 6 various Nissans over the past years and currently are in the process of buying the 2019 Altima which I leased. This has been a most unpleasant experience. This will be my last Nissan.I went to several dealers to buy the leased ***************************************** Yorktown Heights, **. They told me I had to finance the car from them in order to buy it. According to Nissan Financial, that is illegal. Then I went to the dealership in *******, ** and was told that in order to buy the car back through them there would be an approximate $2000 up charge because "you didn't lease the car from us and we need to make some money on this deal." Again, Nissan Financial later told me this too is illegal. So I went back to the Yorktown Hts. dealership and worked out a deal to lease a new 2022 Altima. I was assured the features were the same as the vehicle I was trading in. When I picked up the car and the salesman was going over the features with me, I asked where the heated steering wheel button was. He had no idea. Well, the car has no heated steering wheel. I returned the car. Eventually, we worked out another deal leasing the same vehicle. I went the next day to pick up the car again, and as I leave the lot, I see that there is no numeric temperature reading for heat and AC, just a dial. When I arrive home, I go to program my garage opener only to find that there is no homelink feature. I didn't want to find out what other features were missing.I was very upset having been lied to that the 2022 car had the same features as my 2019. I called the dealership and they came and returned the 2019 and took the 2022 vehicle back. That was A LOT of wasted time and energy on my part. Furthermore, I was told that the monthly payments after the lease ended would decrease my purchase price. Again, that is not true. So I have paid two extra months of lease payments for no reason.

I believe we handled the situation in the best way possible. After understanding the customers need, we immediately sent someone to them and exchanged cars. We cancelled the transaction completely. With the current status of inventory due to the supply chain, customers unfortunately need to either give up options or add option that they may not want.

The main complain was hard shifting on Nissan Versa when I scheduled service call. Service center did recall fix and recommended transmission mount replacement. After the car was picked up. The same issue is still present, and car continues hard shifting and now it is even having issues starting. Had to have it jumped in parking lot the next day after it was picked up. Called dealer contact and never received callback. I believe this dealer either has incompetent technicians that don't test their work or is trying to scam me out of more money.
