            I bought a car from them a year ago and all the lights came on in the car and it was acting very strange and doing things that were scary while driving. I took the car in to have it looked at but had already been there 3 times in the last month. I talked to the manager and he told me that we may be able to get into a newer car with less miles for the same price we were paying or Close to it at least. He came back and the estimate was 200 dollars more for the same exact vehicle we had already same year and model. I felt like a fool while they stood in a glass room and laughed and looked at their cell phones.

            I had a similar experience to Sarah E. The car I wanted to buy is listed online here at the time of this review: https://www.leadcarhondayorkville.com/new/Honda/2023-Honda-Accord+Hybrid-c39f240d0a0e0a9a45d8ee005e47fd08.htm. It shows an online sale taking $1700 off. When I talked to sales about buying the car they told me I could not buy that car at the advertised price. They said accessories had been added which would increase the price listed by $1300. They said they only offer the sale because they know they would be able to charge for the accessories. I believe this is bait advertising as defined by BBB https://www.bbb.org/code-of-advertising#Bait_Advertising_And_Selling.
