ON October 25th 2021 I traveled to Akron Oh from ******* In to Exclusive One to have them install on my 2012 Jeep wrangler ! 1- glass panels on the roof of my Jeep 2- a lighted sound bar and amp 3- a digital IP cluster panel to which i paid the sum of $3900.00. The 4 hour install turned into 9+ hours the installer/Owner ********** proceeded to blow channels in my original radio which made me spend $400.00 in investing in a new radio when I returned to Indiana. The owner did refund me $100.00 for a incomplete radio install. My main complaint is apon returning to Indiana a few day later apx 4/5 I realized the owner did not put my original IP (dash Panel in my jeep). this panel contains all of my original millage. I immediately contacted the owner and asked where my IP was. He said with the bad install and the mess of the day. He simply forgot to put it in my jeep to return home. I asked him to put it into the mail and mail it to my home, since Akron is 5.5 hours from ******* He said he would 2 weeks later, I had not received my IP so I contacted him again to which he BLOCK all of my contact to him and his shop. I contacted my lawyer ******* ******* he sent a return of property letter to Exclusive One Performance LLC. To date I have NOT received my property or any contact from them. I think Exclusive One sold my IP because it had low mileage
