I have been taking my car to PTS for about 12 years. The most recent repairs is what this complaint covers. The repair on 1/11/20 was for brake repair to the back of car totaling $519.11. Also a repair on 12/10/21 for front end brakes of $410.98. During these repair services my car was returned with a grinding, squeaking noise. I brought it to the shop owner and mechanic that worked on my car. They admitted to not thoroughly inspecting where the noise was coming from. I returned the car for additional inspection and no resolution was made on the noise that was not present prior to the repairs on my car. On other occasions I have called to inform PTS that after repairs the noise was still present. On August 1, 2022 I informed them that I would take my car to the dealer for *** to inspect my car because PTS was not interested in finding out what was wrong with my car. **** the owner stated on August 4, 2022 that she would not pay for any services to my car without an invoice. Upon taking my vehicle to *** Dealer, the findings were my car was repaired incorrectly, with parts damage and unsafe to drive. The noise and sounds have been repaired and I am asking for a refund of all brake services on my car and reimbursement for the invoice from *** due to improper repair and misdiagnosis of my vehicle. She was very rude, irate and agitated with my inquiry and persistence concerning the proper repair of my vehicle. She kicked us out of the establishment and verbally assaulted my character, calling me ungrateful, hard to please, and a overall headache.Business response

We done a rear break job in Jan 2021. We couldn't hear any noise. We didn't do anything wrong. I will do no more work on the car.

I am rejecting this response because:
This business owner has not cooperated with me at all to resolve my requests. I received a call from her acknowledging the receipt of my invoice from *** and other documents. I asked her to tell me if she planned to reimburse me for the corrective repairs as stated on 8/4/22. She did not respond to the letter or this complaint. Of course she doesn't want to do any more work on my car, I don't want her to either. Her continuing to service my car is not in question, cash refunds are. After receiving the letter and invoice she did not allow me to talk during phone call and hung up on me. It is clear she believes that PTS and her technicians played no part in the misdiagnosis and damage to my car causing the noise and costly repair to my vehicle. I am standing by my request and want my repairs refunded and reimbursed, especially the one from ***.
