Let me start off by saying I will NEVER take my car anywhere else again! I contacted ******* yesterday, and they were super quick to respond to my initial message. My rear brakes started making an AWHUL noise Monday afternoon (conveniently after I was rear ended earlier that morning in our other vehicle leaving us with just this one until the other can be fixed). I contacted a few other local places, and they either didn't respond or gave me outrageous quotes just to do my rear brake pads and rotors (if need be).This was not the case with *******; not only was their customer service and communication top notch (*** is the absolute best!), but they also went out of their way to get me up and running in my vehicle!With having only the one running vehicle and having to be able to pick kids up from school and drop them off and drop off and pick up my husband from work, ******* did not hesitate to offer to pick my car up for me, fix and drop it back off! Once I told they would do that, on top of beating all the other quotes I had been given by literally hundreds of dollars, my choice was clear. So, we planned on them picking it up the very next day. They arrived around noon and agreed to have it back before 3 so I could assume my pick up/drop off responsibilities without missing a beat!Even when they came across an unexpected hiccup in the repair process, they still fixed everything and got the car back home to be well before 3 o'clock! And they didn't even charge me more than they originally quoted me for the job, even with all the extra work they had to do to fix the surprise issue!I have never come across ANY type of company that goes so far out of their way to help people when they really need it! Went here to have my torque converter changed. They took over a month. Didnt install properly were unable to diagnose the correct problem. Had me pay $700+ for them to return my car in worse condition then dropped off. Upon picking up the car more dash lights were illuminated then ever before including a check engine light.Ended up taking my vehicle to a ************************ shop and was shown how Perrys Automotive incorrectly reinstalled the transmission. The transmission was even missing the ground strap. They left over half the bolts lose. They welded my exhaust ****** shut instead of getting the proper stud and nut.I cannot express enough how much of a disappointment this shop was. Please stay away from this shop. These people returned my car with more problems then dropped off with
