*********************** came out to our house tonight to give us an estimate for a walking shower. It was such an incredible experience. She was wonderful compassionate and extremely professional. My husband is a disabled vet and needed a walk in shower. I have been so worried for his safety with his regular tub thankfully I don't have to worry anymore. ****** you have taken my stress away. Such a wonderful experience.

I have to say be careful of them once you sign a contract they ignor you I have tried to call 4 times you can not get thru to anyone and no one calls you back I am slowly becoming sorry I contracted them I am concerned of whst the job will look like and unable to reach anyone I actually thought we had s company we could trust not sure now they completely ignor usPremier Home Pros LLC Response

Well we been dealing a different companies for quotations, and giving a details how it done, and of course the personalities of the sales representatives. *********************** is definitely the pro she has a personality that you feel so much comfortable. She presents the materials and the works how it has to be done. She is definitely a highly recommended person to deal with. Ive been waiting since March 2024 for my bathroom remodel. Even after a $3,612.00 deposit for materials. They have failed to provide proof of contractors liability insurance and required city permits as required by my ***************** Until proof they are not allowed to start. It shouldn't take this long if youre legit. Very unprofessional. Excuse after excuse. Even after meeting with the President and VP on May 29, 2024 I was assured they would make things right. As of this date they arent even responding. They have failed to return my deposit.Review from Cameron D

The sales person/designer of the bathroom mislead us to believe that after the bathroom project was completed we would simply only have to paint the extra space they created. This was not true since the company states they do not do any taping or finishing of the walls. Now we will have to get another contractor to come in and finish the bathroom. Additionally, after letting the shower area dry for the suggested 24 hours it was discovered that the hot water is not mixing correctly and the shower only gets **** warm and the shower pressure is worse than before the new shower was installed. Hot water works in all other faucets in the bathroom. It has been over a week and we have received no official contact back from the company on how they would resolve this issue. We have not even been able to use the new space due to no hot water in the shower.Review from Gregory N

We hired Premier Home Pros to convert a bathtub into a walk-in shower in our condominium in ************************. Very few contractors that we contacted were willing to do this job in a condominium complex. The work took approximately 13 hours and we were very pleased with the result. The team that performed the work was led by ***** who was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful and saw to it that a thorough cleanup was done at the conclusion of the job.
