I purchased a car from these guys from out-of-state we walked around the car and everything looked clean. We talked about the car and they said it was all clean before it was delivered to me. They had one of their guys mess with the bumper and mess it up, and I have a text from **** That it was messed up by them and he wanted to take care of it. I went to the Mercedes dealer and asked what it would cost and they said $1300 he is only offered me $500 which is not taking care of the car therefore I am not happy normal I ever be happy until he takes care of it , so I am now pursuing other means to get him to take care of it because I have asked kindly for a yearReview from Dale L.

This was an amazing experience from the managers quick response to an inquiry and ***** the salesman (AKA The White ***** making sure everything went smoothly! I had a total loss on a previous *********Benz ******* and havent had to go through the insurance process for this before and Perfect Auto answered all my questions and made the sale go extremely smooth!Review from Nya M

SCAM !!! I attempted to buy from out of state, everyone was nice and helpful UNTIL i gave them any money. Then they LITERALLY stopped responding to calls or emails. Its been 6 days. No updates, sent to voicemail or if i do get through to anyone they say theyll call me back and never do. ****** the ** is the worst about it. Biggest mistake of my life.Review from Vahe D

Perfect Auto Collection is a very good company with which to deal. ********************* followed up with me regarding my selection of a 2012 Mercedes Benz CL 63 AMG. This was my third ******** purchase, but my first AMG model. So, I had a lot of questions which Ameer was able to answer. I finalized the deal with *********************************, the general manager. I am sure he had a lot of customers to deal with, but he set aside the time I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. *********************, the finance manager, was able to finalize all the paperwork, and kept things organized well. I was impressed with his background and service to our country. ************************* followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and provided the link for me to complete this review. She was very pleasant, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone wishing to purchase a luxury and/or sports car. *************************.Review from Mike W.

Perfect Auto is a top notch company to deal with. The staff is very professional and makes purchasing a vehicle a pleasurable. Make sure you ask for Jaime, he was on top of everything from the first contact I had with Perfect. Jaime never once pressured me, he was always there to help me with anything I needed to make a purchase and made everything as simple as possible in completing the sale.
