On December 5th I ordered kitchen cabinets from famous supply. After receiving and installing them I discovered that: A. The majority of the cabinets had minor factory defects (cracks, chips, popped screws) B. I was missing certain pieces such as the pegs that hold the shelves up. C. They had delivered and charged me for a whole extra cabinet I didn't need or order. D. A cabinet door had major defects causing the paint to peel off. I reached out and sent photos. The salesman denied some of the defects but agreed that the door was definitely a factory defect. He told me he would resolve this issue as it falls under the scope of my warranty. Since that conversation he has failed to contact me back or honor his agreement. They haven't replied to any further inquiry.Business response

On 3/4/2024 our VP in our credit department reached out to the complainant. *********************** indicated that the issue was resolved in December 2023. We confirmed he was satisfied with the outcome and he confirmed that he was.
