      I came to the Circle k *** Pearl Rd, ********** ** ***** On 6/1/2024 at 1:45 am transaction number #****** Employee# ******* (*******) presented my phone to said cashier and she scanned the paypal app according and I then gave her $153.95 which $150.00 was to be added to my paypal account and $3.95 was to be a service fee as of June 3rd 2024 the money has still not reach my account I am asking for my refund and compensation for stress and aggravation this problem has occurred no one seems to care and has done nothing but pass the buck and its very wrong.

      Circle K District Manager contacted customer on 6/5/24 with follow up information provided by national account vendor InComm to confirm the transaction was successfully processed on our end.  Customer stated he received confirmation from PayPal on 6/4/24 that the funds ($150.00) were loaded into his account on 6/4/24.  Customer provided copy of the confirmation from PayPal (attached).  PayPal provided no explanation as to why it took almost 4 days for the funds to be deposited into the customer's account.  Customer stated PayPal informed him that it could take up to 90 days to resolve.  Circle K District Manager forwarded information to our account vendor - InComm to inform them of the dispute and the delayed fund transfer on PayPal's behalf.  Additionally, Circle K is sending customer a $50 gift card via UPS for the inconvenience this has caused.  Circle K District Manager will follow up with store team to ensure customer service protocols are in place.  Circle K employee processed the transaction correctly.  We are unclear as to why the fund transfer was delayed on behalf of PayPal.  Customer has been credited funds due from PayPal.

      On 02/14/2024 at around 10:00 am my husband purchased gas at a Circle K gas station, he decided he wanted a car wash and paid for it, when he went around to the front of the car wash the door would not open, he spoke to the manager who's name is *******, she went out to reset the car wash and he was able to get the car wash, but when his truck got to the end of the car wash the exit door wouldn't open, he saw a button to open the exit door and pushed it, the door opened, but in the process scraped the front end of our truck and damaged it, he immediately went to *******, the manager, she took pictures and set up a ticket with Circle K claims dept. He did not file a police report, ******* told him the car wash breaks down a lot and made him feel they were going to take responsibility for the damage, ******* then said we would hear from their claims people within a couple of days. 3 days later I went and spoke to ******* because we hadn't heard from anyone, she then gave me a number for customer service, I called them and left a message and then they called my husband about the claim. I just received an e-mail from ************************ stating they were finished with the investigation and are not liable for the damage caused by the car wash.

      We have made a claim with our auto insurance co.  they are covering all the damage. You can consider this case closed, but hopefully you will keep this information on file.

      Circle K has been running a bait and switch ad on **** Vape Products for months. They have a sign in every store staying if you buy 2 four packs you get $8 off. EVERY TIME I have gone in to the store for the last 6 months I have had to argue with someone to get the $8 off. Often leaving without the product. Many times they "honored" it. I was in a few days ago and they were not going to honor it...but the one cashier said "we need to take the sign down if the sale is over" and honored it. I went in today and the sign was still up and they would not honor it. They actually had wrote a note by the register saying not to honor it and the sign is still up. That is bait and switch and I will report it to as many people as I can think of if I do not get store credit to compensate me for the many times I have gone in and been embarrassed in front of other customers having to argue for something that is CLEARLY SHOWN as a SALE and then not even GET the product.

      On October 19th I went to circle k on state route 14 in ***********, ** The employee behind the automated register. While attempting to check out I asked for help, she said no if you can operate the gas pump you can pay for it on there, if you dont like it move to CanadaA male customer in line found that amusing, the employee behind the counter and male customer began ganging up on me with him saying stop ******** the employee also continued by saying this was the best job ever because I stand around all dayShe then sent another customer out to me to inform me I was ten cents short. I went back into the store and requested my money back. I found her behavior threatening when she began engaging other customers.I have contacted their regional and corporate offices with no response.

      Skylar the area supervisor has contacted the customer and reviewed the details of the issue with her, 

      ****** apologized to the customer on how the transaction was handled by our employee, he assured her this will be investigated and handled with HR.

      Customer (***********************) was satisfied with ******'s discussion.

      In addition Regional Director of Operations has also contacted the customer (***********************) to follow up, the customer did not answer and a voicemail was left but she has not returned the call yet.

      HR, ***************** (Director of Operations) and area supervisor ************************* have started an investigation once we were notified, Please let me know if you need any other information.

      Whenever I get gas at Circle K stores (********* and ********* **) and use my debit card at the pumps, the amount is DOUBLE HELD in my account. This is not ok. Examples are: *********: 4/14/23 $35.01 *********: 9/6/23 $30.04 I have bank history screenshots (attached/uploaded images) of BOTH of these held "pending" transactions.

      I purchased 4 packs of cigarettes totaling $33.24. The cashier put them in a bag when I got home and took them out they were the wrong ones.I took them back to the store and requested that they exchange them for the correct cigarettes as it was the cashiers error.They refused saying I left the store with them.They called the store manager she also refused to exchange them or refund my money. The transaction was purchased on my debit card. The cigarettes were unopened. They also require you to give them your ** Drivers license and they scan it. Which is against the law in **. This business is conducting very underhanded activities that adversely affects the public in a negative way. If you do not allow them to scan your drivers license, they refuse to allow you purchase your items.

      Per State Law it is against the law to refund for alcohol or tobacco products once they have left the point of sale.  Circle K operations contacted the customer and mailed a gift card for the amount of the sale to make things right with the customer.

      Went into an establishment to purchase some coffee as I do every morning, but on this one day a new employee decision to be rude, disrespectful, loud etc obnoxious. The employee was a lady who made me feel so humiliated and belittle me within the store I tried to contact management they refuse to take my complaint seriously they also said threatened statements to me involved my life with authority figure because they over use there authority that was giving to them by franchise this is pertaining to the store manager and employees very unethical behavior goes on at that location very unprofessional behavior from the employee and management no control over there employees they do as they want to everyone is in cahoots with each other so nothing every done when having complaints against the treatment toward an consumer I have been unsuccessful in contacting franchise or corporate they refuse to take my complaint due to me filing a complaint though the BBB they stated they could not accept an formal complaint I was treated like a dog on the street begging for food. One employees said she would called the police and have me charge with trespassing and also threatened me to never sit foot back into the store or I would receive trespassing I thought if I reported the employee unethical behavior and additude toward a consumer I got the worse treatment coming from the manager and other employees I was told if I didn't like how the employee talk I could leave and never come back and if I keep talking there will be consequences according to the manager he wouldn't let me tell how unethical his employees were being he condone theirs behavior attitude toward customer as well the threat I fear for my life coming out of the store due to I didn't know if I was going to be treated with harassment from officers of st **** police force but I did finally make it too my vehicle safely, I was belittle and humiliated by employees and manager they all were very unprofessional I got screamed at , threatened and humiliated in front of other customers. The manager stated you can complain to whomever BBB or anyone we don't have a corporate office to tell your complaint and he also stated their will be no consequences for us employees or management so go right ahead. Then proceed to tell me when I can speak how I can speak and who I have the right to speak to . The manager stated if I keep talking I will never come back into my store due to my complaint against the employees as well as manager he stated I didn't have the right to say anything to his employees but they had every right to be disrespectful and harshly and rude and it was ok that is how they run there establishment and if I don't like it I don't have to come back. I am disabled and they is the location closer to my home I shouldn't have to be treated in such a unfair way and to my disadvantage I can't complain against a privately own or franchise company they have the advantage to make my life hard due to the high authority that holiday gas station have position them so the workers feel they can say and do what they like without no consequences. When I tried to talk with customer service the lady didn't want to provide her name or ID number so I can correctly identify with whom I was speaking with she stated she wouldn't give out her name or take my formal complaint and forward it to the franchise she refuse at this point I don't know whomever I need to contact to make my complaint against this company I was treated unfair ,bais , and without respect I am so ashamed of the situation and how they treated me and how they dealt with the issue I was very verbally abuse my employees and manager and that is not ok and very unethical behavior.

      I was treated horribly this morning by *****. I went in to the store to purchase a coffee using my food card and change I had left in my pocket. The lady at the register was nice enough like any other circle k but she didnt know how to use 2 forms of payment. ***** came over and saw the foodstamp card and immediately started treating me as insignificant, told me to get a job and very rudely raised her voice with me and lied to me telling me that they cant take 2 forms of payment. They clearly either dont know how to do their job or just didnt want to do it. I think they didnt want to do it because of the food stamp card because it wasnt until after ***** saw the food card did she start acting like that. As if they are the only circle k that cant take 2 forms of payment. Any place that allows workers to act like that towards customers is not a place I will be visiting again anytime soon.

      Resolution per market manager:  I reviewed the transaction with audio and video. ***** misunderstood what the customer was asking for them to do and didnt understand how to complete. The store manager and I coached ***** on how to complete split transactions and coached her on her customer service skills in the situation of misunderstanding what a customer is asking.
      I attempted to reach out to the customer on 3 separate occasions. I called twice and left a voice message the third time. Today, I sent the customer an email assuring him that an appropriate investigation and retraining has been completed and offered him a gift card to thank him for bringing our attention to this issue.

      On December ,18,2022 at 9:53 pm I and two other individuals were refused service to accommodate the friend or family member of the employee, after waiting a reasonable amount of ****************. When I asked why were overlooked I was told ,because he has more money than you. This is outrageous.
