My mom died in January , the house has passed down three generations now. The electric bill is in my grandfather's name. I called several times trying to get the bill in my name in March I got cut off from the operator it was March 15 had received a shut off notice for March 18 when I tried to return the call I enter my phone number and it came up as me being on the electric bill so figured everything was fine I received offers from others distributor with my name being the electric at this address so I think everything is fine been waiting on the bill when May 21 my power is shut off no warning I check the door and see the notice for 24 hrs that I never knew were there I explained to them that if the bill was mine it would never been that high because I qualify for programs and that if it was in my name i could get assistance in paying it. My license has come up at this address since *********************************************************************************************** responsible for the bill from 2009 when I renewed my license getting out of prison and I went back in 2010 so I don't understand how that makes me responsible
