Hello, Destiny was A friendly representative. She opened up our conversation by asking how my day was going before our Highly anticipated Holiday.Independence Day! She was very thorough when explaining the reason behind going over my coverage when I asked. She spoke great English. I was able to understand her and hold a conversation with ease.Thank you, Destiny keep up the great work ??

HORRIBLE! horrible customer service , HORRIBLE supervisor *****. Ive been with *** / DBS for ***** years now. Been through multiple managers at both places along with a different case manager at DBS feels like every other month give or take. My agreement that I initially signed said a 7-10 grace ****** , they dont honor it. PATHETIC. My case manager offered me a hard ship but once I spoke to ***** he said no Im her manager and Im not granting it bc youre rude. Seriously? Its rude when you call DBS and the employees are singing to one another so loudly that you cant hear your rep on the phone and contionusly have to ask for her to repeat what she said or you have to repeat numerous of times.. I mentioned that to ***** the supervisor he simply stated dont tell me how to run my businessI can not wait until my cars are paid off . I will NEVER in my life deal with these people again. **keep in mind yes, I pay biweekly and made a partial payment and planned on making the remainder the following week** yeah apparently they dont do that either .. nor do they go by your signed contract.

I would leave no stars but had too ********** sold me a lemon my check engine light came on 72 hours of me having the vehicle I contacted the DBS financial company whom advised me to contact Lisa warranty I contacted the warranty department and it took 6 days and me threatening to not make a payment for my vehicle to be picked up I still advise the creditor and warranty **** no payment would be made due to me not being able to drive my vehicle and was told my vehicle would go into repo if h paid mind you the vehicle doesnt work smh

If I was able not to give DBS financial, no stars, I would not give them any stars because they dont deserve any stars. DBS financial is one of the worst financing companies that are person could ever deal with when you need a financing company financing your vehicle. The people that work in their financing company are very rude and disrespectful and they dont even work with you on making payments or anything of that nature they just wanna strictly try to garnish our check instead of seeing what payment arrangement works best for you so that it wont mess with your credit score. They want you to be in debt to them forever and I am sorry, I will never be in debt to them forever.

This organization has a ridiculous repo policy, They know I live in ********* and purposely towed my vehicle to *****, So I couldnt get there and they could say, (he didnt pick it up) How? Also the tow drivers dont let you remove your items from the vehicle, which is theft. After calling them they told me I had to pay to get my belongings from the car. This is one funny organization and I dont appreciate how they treat people. There is no justice how do they get away with it. Oh yeah they gave me a 4day tow deadline but towed 12 hours after the phone call.??

Bought my Car July 2023 my car broke down in march 2024 , note was 600 every month for a 2011 ******* sonata and ****** at the date of purchases. I was told my car needed an alternator tired rods wheel alignment . I took my car to ********* because thats where **** warranty which is apart of DBS Financial told me to take it . The policy is 3 day , they had my car for over 2 weeks , I was NOT offer a loaner car and I just was able to return to work due to trauma to my eye and not being able to see . I was not able to start my job because I was told 3 days and it took two weeks!! NOT ON** DID IT TAKE TWO WEEKS ME AND MY MOTHER PAID A DEDUCTIBLE OF 500 for them to say okay thanks for payment we fixed everything but your engine is out !!! 8 months I had my car and the engine went out? I knew this car was trouble from ************** credit didnt want to fix the brakes when I test drove it , but I took a chance because they said it was because the car had been sitting .The first month I had my car it was in the shop every other week. Dbs financial still expects me to pay 600 / month for a car thats non drivable and on top of that pay to fix the damages on my car .This is a terrible finance company I will say my account manager ****** is the best here shes professional ! Shes nice and she helped me with my situation ! She doesnt deserve to work for this company she needs to be at a better place her mannerism w Ill take her far but here I dont see here no!Lets not forget how unprofessional as a whole except my account manager ! I called one day this man told me oh your account manager doesnt work here Im like okay I called the next day I spoke to ** ACCOUNT MANAGER . How unprofessional and I use to work for **** of America fraud department I could probably train them on customer service myself. ******************** will not talk on the phone but text me paragraphs so the communication is misunderstood Point is DONT FINANCE WITH THE COMPANY
