            I hired Cut and Dry Restoration to perform sewage remediation in the crawlspace under my house due to a sewage pipe collapsing. The crew was sent out for one day, and could not complete their work. Came out a second and third day and was unable to get the work completed. I finally call to see when they will finish, the owner says they will be back again, but they never come back. only send me the bill, which is not what we agreed on. I check under the house to see the work, it is not complete. Bags of lime unopened blocking my access hatch., untreated areas still not finished. The crew left mud and sewage in my walls and floor where my small children have to live, they lied about getting the work done, lied about the amount of work they actually did, lied about the price, lied about just about everything. and they left materials and contaminated equipment inside my house!

            They charged us way to much for what they actually did. They knew the capper on our ins. And they charged right to that amount. They told us it was between 2-3,000 and they charge 5 ugh. Watch out for these co. They see u coming. They want to take all the ins. Money for themselves. Never again. And the charge for the dehumidifier that were left on for 5 days non stop. Which only needed to b on 24 hours really. Its a shame.
